  1. Ohh, hang on, think I'm sorted, they've sent deets (on my non-work email for a change - just to keep things spicy :))
  2. are you logged in and added your ticket?? I'm getting heavy 'log in / you can't log in / register / you've already got this account / pass word reset / no password link sent' vibes at t'moment...
  3. How are we getting on with the app? I've been trying to sign in for a good while here...
  4. https://queensparkfc.co.uk/update-on-membership-and-season-tickets/ Members or season ticket holders whose email address is not held by the club, should phone the office on 0141 632 1275 on Tuesday or Wednesday next week for assistance. Arrangements will be made to ensure any member or existing season ticket holder who wishes to attend Wednesday evening’s game will be able to do so. Once demand from members and existing season ticket holders for Wednesday’s game is known, information will be published regarding any remaining tickets which may be available for sale to home supporters only.
  5. Card issue sorted. Club were really quick getting back to me - some security settings tweaked.
  6. The system seems to be boycotting us at the moment... I also got the decline.
  7. pretty harsh... it wasn't even that badly written..
  8. For as long as I've been a member, I'd describe the running of the Club as well intentioned and endearingly shambolic but it's really taken a turn and I'm feeling pretty let down at the moment. There are obviously issues with day to day comms, there's lingering resentment with Hampden and Lesser and Firhill and Ray and medals and tickets, and then there's just this enormous mismatch with all the big talk about innovation when we still don't really seem to have shifted the mindset of 95% of our comms strategy being committee types dishing out some goss after a few beers in the social club. I was pretty happy when Leanne Dempster rocked up but at the moment it's difficult to tell is she's too involved or not involved enough, and part of my problem is that it's never really been articulated (or debated) what the structure of the Club actually is, what it's going to be, who's ultimately accountable and what relationship there's going to be between the Club, it's Members, the committee, the CEO and... Willie Haughey. I'm sympathetic up to a point because I think there's likely a whole organisational structure / culture change / messy transition thing going on in the background, but there's really no excuse to have destroyed such good will in such a short amount of time.
  9. Is there any proper fan representation on the committee? Sub-groups and whatnot? I can see some of them thinking blah-blah-blah this is just noise / fans mouthing off on the internet but it's difficult to understand how they are getting this so badly wrong, when there should be so much to be positive about at the moment. Do they just not get it? And this doesn't look very much like an innovative, exciting new model for a football club to me https://queensparkfc.co.uk/committee/
  10. Did I miss the longer-term ambitions that have been rolled out in recent weeks? Why are they pleased they are simplifying and streamlining the offering when it's basically just a price increase (even if it aligns with other clubs in the league when you add cup games). Are they really going to make me print a ticket? I haven't printed anything since I started working from home last March. Such poooooor comms. Such biiiiig disconnect...
  11. I’m lucky enough to have tickets for Hampden from the original UEFA ballot. I’m going to Czech game with my mate who is diabetic so the news about food/drink is pretty concerning. I’ve tried a few sources to ask for clarity but heard nothing yet - hope we get some (good) news this week. At the back of my mind I’m thinking - should we just ignore the entry time slot and rock up closer to kick off. That way he can load up on steak bakes or whatever... and I can maybe have a supportive beer instead of twiddling my thumbs for 2.5 feckin hours before kick off.
  12. Good to see this confirmed. Could have been worse, for sure. Should allow for a decent day out... if not the antics it might have been before the younglings came along...
  13. Bit of a surprise and maybe a tiny wee bit underwhelming after the rampant speculation on here! But I know he was really well rated by the club the more I think about it, it seems like a good fit. Stepping up after being number two always a bit of a gamble. But hopefully he’ll be well received by the squad and it’ll be a nice transition. I do hope he’s got a bit more in the tactical locker than Ray though. At times it was basically ‘be fitter than the other lot and hope we score in the 2nd half’. Looking forward to seeing who he brings in (if anyone) and then how the squad shapes up. Bring it on.
  14. I’ll wait until I see it on Bulgarian Facebook.
  15. Non sign of the other interview but that was on the Alba twitter
  16. Are we still dealing with the hypothetical here, or do we think this is realistic appointment? There's s been a few comments that seem to suggest it's a done deal? Widnae stop supporting the team but it would be yet another bit of the Club identity chipped away imo.
  17. I do have an opinion on Martindale. He's served him time, good luck to him, not at my club, thanks. Same with Malky.
  18. Another to be filed under ‘underwhelming missive’.
