  1. Stalled. Legal reasons. Interesting. Good Q&A - timing maybe not the best. Do we know when this was filmed? Is she talking about this Monday / Tuesday or next?
  2. I'm bang up for the Bru Camp... I personally might just go with that whatever the eventual decision. Sad to think we might have played our final game at Hampden already.
  3. You need 8 strikers if you're gonna play 4-2-4 every game, innit.
  4. 'mazin. Looks like were being proactive here - wonder if we'll see some more additions. Games are going to come thick and fast -squad strength will be a huge factor.
  5. We picked some season to try and become all conquering Moneybags FC, didn't we?
  6. Pleased to see that our ermine-clad benefactor isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty if a change of leadership is obviously needed... https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/richard-leonard-resigns-as-scottish-labour-leader-7k5mpwgkp
  7. Magic. Very encouraged by the tone of that statement.
  8. Exciting times off the pitch, jury still out, on.
  9. Nice of Ray to casually throw the team under a bus for “failing to respond” in the second half when he singularly failed to respond to any tactical issues.
  10. I struggle a bit to understand tactics and formation at the best of times, so it's defo tough on the laptop while I'm trying to keep an eye on kids an that. I was pretty surprised to see how we set up on Saturday though - it felt like 4-2-4, is that right? Felt to me that we could have done with an extra midfielder to try and control the game and get us higher up the pitch to create chances and link play rather than all out attack from the off? Murray wide left probably a better for match fitness than for influencing the game. Brilliant we've got the squad to be able to change things and take advantage of the subs rules - we needed to mix it up on Saturday!
  11. Success on the park and the numbers will creep up. It's a shame there's no fans allowed at the moment. Top of the league - you'd already see increased attendances. The Warriors example is interesting. Obviously I never went because rugby is gash but - it was a stadium starting from scratch and was a good match day experience by all accounts. Nothing to do with the fact that you're allowed to booze if you support a different shaped ball...
  12. Best wishes to Cammy Bell if / when he goes... was an amazing 'statement signing', really signified the change in approach (and a cracking future pub quiz answer!) Wee bit of a shame that it's not worked out, but can't argue with how Willie Muir has done. Can imagine it must have been beneficial to have CB in the ranks. too.
  13. Thought we were... terrific fist half. Really dynamic going forward, great crosses from both wings and we could have been out of sight at half time. Success stories all over the pitch but thought Robson was outstanding and Slater was so classy on the ball when he came on. Didn't realise what an absolute unit Baynham was either - what a great find. Couple of beers and some leftover Stefanos at half time wasn't too shabby either. I had a wee chortle when the on screen score flashed 1-0 to Rovers after our first but overall coverage was... terrific! The Rayvolution will be televised....
  14. Someone is going to cycle round with my tea and cake at half time, yeah?
  15. Let's get some points on the board. Massive target on our backs with the change in status but if we can get some early momentum we'll be in for a good season.
  16. I've no idea what's going on here, or if you're trying to be funny - but this feels needlessly snide?
  17. Looks like 5 subs are going to be allowed next season (at least). Seems like another sh1te #modernfitba decision and I'm instinctively against it. Wonder how that might have influenced decisions about some of the players that have moved on if we'd known this a couple of months ago? Might help bring through some younger players? Dunno.
  18. Excited for the prospects of the Club. Obvious tinge of regret at the stadium move and change of status but there's no point being the most principled team in the lowland league - onwards and upwards! As for the crowds - there's definitely space to position us as the southside 'alternative' team. The best way to get punters through the door is probably success on the park tho - it's what got me going regularly in 99.
