How the f*ck have Morton ever been anywhere near top 4? I know my team took tanking off them (even though we beat them 3 occasions) but f*ck me, they are dreadful. Hatchet men all over the place that can only smash players to break up play, with the diver Quitongo chucked in. An absolute gang.

Need to win all our remaining fixtures in my opinion to secure 4th, when you consider goal difference. Goes without saying, but if we don't win, then it's over for us. Totally bonkers season.

Taylor Sutherland make a push for 1st team football next year. Scoring every week in the reserves and some nice finishes.
Him and Tod are our biggest prospects at the moment, but Taylor especially lacks the experience needed. Surprised Sutherland didn't get a loan back to League 2 tbh. Bonnyrigg fans seemed to like him.

We aren't out the woods for finishing 9th just yet. I'm more worried about that than missing out on 4th.

I have to admit that I never thought I’d live long enough to see a Pars manager as bad as Hay, then came Grant.
I doubt we’ll ever get worse than him?Would take some doing, but wouldn't put it beyond the club.

Hughes seemed to have turned a corner at Ross County tbf. Alas, he was still the dim charlatan we feared. Not quite Peter Grant, but definitely up there. Peter Grant quite easily the worst manager we have had in my lifetime, and that takes some doing to beat Davie fucking Hay.

Kane was Saints' main striker for their double win. Graham has won zero major honours, although has been involved in a few title winning sides in this league. Kane is clearly the better player and has had a better career IMO.

Why has a got a face on the back of his head? Is it one of those conjoined twin conditions?

Muirhead does appear to stamp on his foot. Is it enough for Kane to throw himself? Probably not, but it does look like a foul and a bit of a sore one.

Otoo is obviously the best player of the season by a country mile.
Yep, I voted him as my player of the year. Won't be here much longer I fear.

Wouldn't be upset with 5th.
In fact would be pleased given our season.
Agreed. I think it would be a very good achievement to finish mid-table (5th) or above with the issues we've had throughout the season. It's no surprise we are looking good and hitting form with pretty much a full squad to pick from: it is a really good squad at this level, and one I hope we can take in to next season. If we can keep Kane and add cover, I don't see why we can't be challenge at the top end.

That was our first penalty this season btw.

Not a terrible result for either team.
We are now going in to 4 winnable games. I think it was important not to lose today if we are wanting 4th, but with the game in hand for Airdrie, they are firm favourites. I still say I am happy with anything, given the decimation of our squad during a really crucial part of the season. We got 2 extremely good results away to Partick and at home to United which has helped us and gave hope for 4th, but I won't be sad if we don't manage it given the issues with injuries throughout the season.

Get Kane signed permanently. Pars or Craig Levein? Easy choice for the bald supreme.

Stream has been fucked for past 10 minutes so I have missed what actually happened, but no surprises we let him score.

Fucking swapping sides again. Do we ever win toss-ups?

Super Nintendo in the middle is the only worry. Out-with that, it's our strongest squad IMO, so just tell Chalmers to sit, protect the back four, let Otto/Todd do the work and don't f*ck about in possession.

Game on. Right, you Philosophy shaggers, you lot are fucking getting it.

This reminds me of 2016/17 when we went on a good bit of form and narrowly missed out on 4th. We were newly promoted back then too. It would add some good spice to finish 4th but I'm just happy to stay in the league after such a torrid time with injuries.

This is bizarre, Pars TV is getting a sky channel. Firstly, I didn’t think they’d be allowed to do this unless it was outwith the UK?
Secondly, almost every week I read about the streaming being poor, if they are even given permission from the away hosts to stream from their ground?
Thirdly, will anyone with the dodgy fire stick or boxes will get access to this (asking for a friend)Fucked it there sir.

Look forward to McPake's take.
F*ck it, we won. Arbroath, for how poor they are, were fighting for their lives and knew deep down today was a big opportunity for some crucial 3 points. You seen it in their player's body language when the full whistle went; they knew that was it done.
