  1. Cammy could hardly walk by the time he came off, seemed to twist his ankle when he stepped on the ball and the ref bizarrely gave a Hamilton freekick. The Vincent substitution was bizarre, players who were much worse than him stayed on the pitch (step forward Paul McGowan). Hartley seems to be totally out of ideas, keep thinking this is the day he'll correct the errors and play it simple, but that day is not forthcoming it appears.
  2. Because I'm an idiot and have been sticking petrol in my car there some mornings. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
  3. "The incident took place on Drottninggatan (Queen Street), one of the city's major pedestrian streets, just before 15:00 local time (14:00 GMT)." Could be something to it.
  4. I've watched him a couple of times for Ayr this season and I still see him as a total liability. Seems to be somewhat rated by their fans (that I've spoken to anyway)
  5. Managed to erase Arturo from my mind. He was an utterly pointless signing. Agreed on Meggatt, my main memory of him is misjudging the ball against killie and catching it as it bounced over his head. Absolutely terrible display from him, was he hooked at half time?
  6. Think that's slightly harsh on Healey, he was coming onto a game before that knee (?) injury. Hard to disagree with the others!
  7. Got to be up there in our most pointless signing stakes. Still no rival to Stephen Hughes!
  8. Wighton? Kev McD and Fozzy from Carnoustie (not sure if you'd count that?)
  9. Nice to see our own player saying we don't have the bottle. Sure it sometimes works with a boot up the arse but we shall wait and see. On the o'dea situation, I think at times he has a touch of the McPake about him, in that he makes a crunching tackle to win the fans over, but one he should never have had to make if his positioning was right to start with. I do think however that he brings something to the team the vast majority of the time. Does seem to suffer a bit from blaming other players though, even if it is blatantly his fault.
  10. I think that certain players get a ridiculously hard time from our fans, Vincent being one in particular. He's a very tidy player, exposed by the system and personnel that he's playing in. Why do the likes of McGowan get a pass from a large part of our support? Because he rants and raves and looks like he cares? He's been one of the least effective players this season for me, bar a few good performances admittedly, but no wonder we get overrun when we play McGowan and Hateley in centre midfield. Two nothing players, both poor in their own unique ways
  11. Tom Hateley is an absolute sham of a footballer. Must be one of the most overrated players I have ever had the misfortune of watching. Freekick specialist? Dead ball expert? Shite.
  12. I agree with the stubbornness aspect, I think the getting results at the right times can't be purely put down to luck. My big issue would be that, with 8 games to go, would this team get the new manager bounce (maybe not, because a lot seem like shitebags) and do the club have someone in mind to come in short term and shore things up. I feel like a McCabe or McPake interim type situation would be pointless, same management team, different face. In my mind it would have to be someone external to come in.
  13. That's the feeling I get as well. With the hot and cold way this team plays, we could go up and get a good result in Dingwall, or equally another doing. Not sure whether or not panicking and trying to get a new manager in temporarily for last 8 games is the best idea. Tricky situation.
  14. Losing 7 goals at home is indefensible and is definitely reason enough to punt a manager. Not sure what we should do though, I don't realistically see someone coming in and suddenly making us a decent team, or even hard to beat. Pretty deep running problems, still feel Hartley doesn't even know his best line up and chops and changes based on injuries etc. Playing Tom Hateley should be a sacking offence alone, gross misconduct.
  15. Two course meal then pies, sandwiches and cakes at half time I think
