    Geggan has been doing captain things off the pitch as well, he was at Hampden with the other captains for the season preview. They're both good leaders to have in the team, I wouldn't be too concerned over who wears the armband as long as they're both in the team.

    Even with Reilly fit, a striker is a must. If possible, we could do with another central midfielder as Spence doesn't fill me with much confidence.

    Definitely. I like Johnston's optimism and I think he really wants us to be aiming for the top 4, that comment wasn't just a crowd-pleaser. But that kind of target would make a 5th-7th place finish (which is much more likely IMO) look like a massive disappointment.

    U20s just beat Crossgates Primrose 8-0. After the fourth, the DAFC Twitter said "struggling to keep count here." Fantastic bit of trolling there. At least I hope they were trolling.

    That's acceptable IMO. If they're toddlers and can't communicate other than babbling, I see nothing wrong with that. It's my PTTGOYN because I'm sitting across from a mother and daughter on the train, the daughter can't be any younger than 7 or 8, and the maw's still sitting there going "mummy was very tired this morning and mummy nearly missed the bus" etc.

    Looks like McCabe starting out wide right, Spence starting in the middle, Higgy (sorry, DA Baracus) up front with Moffat. No Reilly or Wedderburn? Good to see Paton back, he's on the bench. I'm concerned about Spence starting against a Premiership side, hopefully he does well though.
