There have been a lot of unrealistic expectations the last five years, like qualifying for Europe, when avoiding relegation was the priority. We stayed up for a few years, now we're down again. It's not the end of the world. We had a good adventure, but now it's time to look forward to the next one.

my first guitar was a cheap old classical guitar rescued out a relatives loft when i was about 14. it needed strings, but not realising it was a classical, I put steel strings on it, the tension of which bent the neck so badly the distance from string to fingerboard was about an inch at the 18th fret, making it basically unplayable. nowadays I've got an Epiphone SG with Bare Knuckle pickups (Black Dog bridge and Mule neck) and a Warmoth parts SG with no pickups yet. and no paint.

last night i dreampt i had an aneurysm on a massive rope swing in an egyptian fairground. i was quite relieved when i woke up and realised it was only a dream, as i have no intention of going to egypt.

luckily it ended last month with issue #150 i thoroughly enjoyed it myself.

just saw a record on the system at work where somebody's confused Holland with the place Peter Pan lives and entered an address in 'The Neverlands'. i didn't correct it.

i've got full flex and as soon as they get the IT system working again i'm signing out and going home.
