  1. There were EF fans behind the goals at the sea end v Dunfermline.Seem to remember that it was blowing a hoolie that day .
  2. Or perhaps Stirling offering more? You could argue that these players contributed to Darren's sacking at EF.
  3. The only senior player who appears not to have made a decision whether to sign or move on/retire is Chris Higgins. As others have suggested, there does appear to be concerns about Jude Smith future at EF.
  4. Kieran Millar signs on for a further season.
  5. Ross Davidson is an excellent signing for you.
  6. Club statement states that of the players you mention Murdoch, Mercer, Wallace, and McManus are under contract. Presumably CHiggins has been offered a contract and is thinking it over. Lewis Anderson and Adam Mansoori were out on loan last season . Perhaps the promised statement by the Chairman will clarify things.
  7. No mention of Kieran Millar or Danny Denholm .Offered new contracts and thinking things over?
  8. Read somewhere that Love and Davidson are off to Hurlford. Dunsmore did well for East Fife but after 4 and a half seasons needed a new club.
  9. Of all the players out of contract,Ross is the guy I would have liked to stay. Good luck to him.
  10. Good to read that the Chairman will be preparing a report in the next week or so to inform the fans of the clubs plans for both next and future seasons. We all know how well the BoD are in relation to keeping the finances under control. Unfortunately the Board are not so good with projecting / marketing the club within the community..We have also seen the number of attendees reducing over the past few seasons. The mood of supporters is ,to put it mildly, very low with many thinking twice about returning next season. I really think that the BoD need to build bridges with the fans after the past disastrous season and use the press, EFTV,and the EF podcast to keep fans better informed. If we know what the club needs,we can perhaps help.
  11. Road between Cupar and Leven closed for repairs.Better travelling via Glenrothes.
  12. Pat Slattery does not seem to have been Crawford's favourite player. With regard to players whose contracts expire this season ,I would not mind Ross Davidson being retained, subject to his injury being cleared up.I was also impressed with Danny Swanson's performance v Peterhead.Ultimately up to the manager to decide and for the players to consider any offer made by the club.
  13. Peterhead were by far the better team but I thought EF had the better chances.I was really heartened by the effort put in by the youngsters who kept going all game.Danny Swanson was outstanding.Another 4 injuries picked up however.
  14. Looks like EF playing 7/8 under 20y/o players today with another 6/7 on the bench. How does a semi-pro team have so many experienced players unavailable on a consistent basis for every single game this season?
  15. With regard to the principal shareholder, please remember that he set up a separate company to purchase the land outwith the stadium and owned by the club, and ..used his position as main shareholder to authorise the sale of the land for a figure of £115,000 .He has in fact asset stripped the club by not allowing the Directors of EF to market the land on the open market. It also raises the question of why the Articles of the club , presumably, allow any one party to own more than 50% of the shareholding and basically call the shots.
  16. There may be a discrepancy between who is actually on contract for next season and who will actually be employed by the club for next season but here goes. Jude Smith,Scott Gallagher,Scott Mercer,Stewart Murdoch,Aaron Steele,Pat Slattery,Liam Newton,Connor McManus,Ryan Wallace, and former under 20,s Brogan Walls,Mikey Cunningham, Jack Healey. I do not expect all these players to be on the payroll next season.
  17. In the game v Dumbarton , there were 10 players aged under 20 who were in the 21 listed for the game .5 actually played including a 17 year old who made his debut. Both Aaron Steele and Darren Watson , again teenagers, who would normally have started were both injured. Perhaps youthful exuberance may be contributing to the upturn in fortunes.
  18. Aaron is now in his fifth season with EF and was originally signed by Darren Young. According to EF, Aaron asked to go out on loan and has certainly not featured recently. I suspect that Stevie Crawford does not see him as part of his plans for next season. In my opinion, Aaron needs a change of club although I would expect him to be playing for a first division club next season. He is a better wing back than right back and goes out on loan with the best wished from all EF fans.
  19. Aaron Dunsmore signs on loan from EF. Right back/wing back.
  20. Think respects were for Director Ken Henderson.
  21. I think part of the manager's problem will be to get players out of EF before he can get players in.Darren Young showed far too much loyalty to certain players who should have been long gone.
  22. Actually had 4 good seasons with EF. This season, an utter shambles of a season .Started with players walking out on the club for other careers before the season had even started , followed by various long term injuries to key players . As others have said,, the BOD had to act.
