Not happening unless you pay a hefty compensation fee for the pair of them. Duffy contracted with us until 2019. I'd be surprised and it'd be a complete sideways step for them to go to Falkirk.
You'll find he only starts giving his all and doing well when his contract is up. The last 6 months with us he was great, the 2 and a half years beforehand were average at best.
Has anyone bought trainers from Titoloshop.com? Planning on picking up a couple of pairs in the sale but just thought I'd see if there's any good/bad reviews about them beforehand.
Douglas Rae wanted to bring him back to Morton and was willing to pay higher wages for him than any other player at the club but Duffy wasn't keen which I'm surprised about given we could do with a defensive midfielder.
Were they interested in Morgan? I think I've said before but Huddersfield were seriously interested at some point last season although with them being in the Premiership they'll probably be looking elsewhere.
Going by highlights of your games he appears to be playing on the shoulder of the defender allowing him to make those runs in behind. That's where he was at his best for us in League 1 due to his pace. When we had him in the Championship he played a bit deeper which didn't really suit his style. If he's given a run of games this season in his best position I wouldn't be surprised if he's up there with the top goalscorers in the league. An absolute certainty to score against us.
He's not the kind of signing you'd make to get you a lot of goals, but his general play in holding up the ball and getting others involved was good for us. I'm not sure how he would be in the Premiership though.
I know it's a bullshit rumour but right now I can't see any club in Scotland being able to afford the fee we'll be demanding. Spending over £100k on a very young striker is high risk for anyone here outside of Celtic. If we sell him he'll only be going down to England.
Hopefully this means we've got another player or 2 coming in. I was told from a good source that we were getting Calvin Miller on loan from Celtic a while ago once the season begins but there's also rumours of Nesbitt coming back. I'm sure we're only allowed 2 players on loan from the same club so it won't be both of them coming.
Not seen much of Haber so can't comment. He was good at Championship level but I'd be surprised yet delighted for him if he got 10 or more goals in the Premiership.
He's tall, has quick feet and can hold the ball up and bring others into play well. Scored 15 goals IIRC in his one season with us. I'm sure he got a really bad injury last season at Colchester, hopefully he's recovered from that.
All 3 first choice CBs are injured meaning we've had to play Darren Barr (who is our development coach and only meant to play as emergency cover) and Conor McManus at CH on Saturday.
