I think he was only mentioned on here as being back in the fold around the same time as when Rennie came in. The fact Rennie was mentioned as staying on to help the board for the last few weeks of the season makes me think him and our scouting network were building a list of potential signings, whether Mcglynn has used any from that list is another question and as Shadders mentioned a few days ago Mcglynn has brought across his scout pal from Raith to work with Allan Fraser. Hopefully we'll see some of his handy work signing themselves up for the navy blue pound soon!

I think given his background in youth development he himself is the one muddling it a bit and then there's the fact he did everything under the sun at Stenny so it's just trying to break that habit. He did mention that there would be a part time head of youth coming in so hopefully that splits it out a bit.

Listening to his interview it sounds as if it's been a rushed appointment as he mentioned the club had already dealt with the contracts for the players that have been announced as leaving, so it sounds as if he didn't have a say in that.

Very hard to show consistency when you're in and out the team like a yoyo. I don't think he ever had 3 consecutive starts in a row under Rennie. Only 7 starts in 2022.
