Did you even look at any of the last few years accounts ?
The club is making an operating profit, has a wages to turnover ratio right around 50% and is debt free ( granted that is about to change with the new ground), and embarked on a fans scheme that is bringing about 500,000 quid for the player funds,. Doesn't seem unreasonable to expect that we should have a replacement striker on the way.
Don't let your bitterness about facing yet another season in the Championship totally colour your judgement about other clubs.
