Does anyone know, is the vote for the transfer of share a vote for the transfer or a vote against?

Anyone who believes that "Club 12" hasn't simply been a "Replace All" for Rangers in the fixtures is being a teeny bit naive in my opinion.

As its 8-4 to carry the vote I guess a lot will also depend on the question asked.

Eh? Its the SPL Board meeting today, not the full SPL. This was a scheduled board meeting. I would imagine the board will set the date and call a meeting of the full SPL.

Application received, so by Monday 2nd July we will know the SPLs decision

The newco should not be punished for something carried out by the oldco. If they are a newco with no link to the oldco then they shouldn't be allowed straight back in to the SPL. If they are allowed straight back in to the SPL then they are not truly a newco in the footballing sense. In that case the should be punished for the sins of the oldco and thrown out/suspended. My mind is clear

Don't be ridiculous: 1. The players could walk away for free under TUPE 2. If they don't and you are not in SPL then the club will HAVE to get rid of them. Who in their right mind would pay millions in a fire sale?

With Rangers not in the SPL voting reform will happen anyway and supporters still get to mock you for three years. From a Rangers point of view though I think SFL3 would be disastrous. I don't see how you could afford to maintain Ibrox/Murray Park without having to shaft supporters with huge season ticket fees. I would also be surprised if you made it straight back to the SPL in 3 seasons. Also think "fans" would desert the club. Rangers have went about this whole process in the worst way possible. They should have shown contrition, regret and been humble and attempted to garner support from within the game. Instead they have been arrogant, obnoxious and down right stupid (e.g. court action, boycotts etc). Because of all that I think it is now too late for Rangers. You should have worked with Scottish football to sort this mess out rather than the us against the world mentality.

Although, debts can be sold as assets, so the Jelavic debt may be sold as part of the £5.5m asset transfer and Everton will have to settle with Newco.
