  1. Absolutely. Feels great to see the youth setup getting going again.
  2. Just filled my car up with petrol. There was a Hearts fan outside booing the prices. Unbelievable scenes.
  3. We were very lucky to come away with 3 points last night. The defence was a shambles for pretty much the entire game. Speaking of shambles, VAR is going to absolutely ruin our game. The amount of time it took the VAR to decide to check an incident a minute or so after play has resumed was embarrassing. Got to say, the treatment of Goncalves has to stop. I appreciate that he's overweight and not up to Premiership standards, but the negativity in the stands towards him is reminiscent of the John McGlynn era which was absolutely toxic. The club has done fantastically to create a positive atmosphere around the place in the last few years, abusing our own players is really setting us back. We already know that Martindale doesn't cave in to fan pressure, so spewing negativity at our own players achieves nothing.
  4. It was far from pretty, at times it was shite, but happy with the ground out win. I'd say we deserve a bit of good luck after a crap couple of weeks. It'll be nice to have another BBC Alba re-run to have on the TV box. Looking forward to seeing the St Johnstone chance that came off the bar in the first half. Think that could have been in
  5. You committed 18 fouls, compared to our 10. A lot of your fouls were bringing players down on purpose instead of challenging for the ball. You're not a dirty side, it was just a a professional and experienced game plan executed effectively.
  6. Tough one to take, undeserved defeat, a point would have been fair. Plenty of possession during the game and did hee haw with it. An all too familiar sight - plenty of the ball but a counter attack/error from Livingston concedes the points. County were very lucky to finish the game with 11 men, but thems the breaks. Guthrie will/should feel disappointed with his shift today. Seemed to be a hindrance to his team-mates at times, not as good as Nouble at holding the ball up and his first touch was pretty bad. Needs to cut out the dramatic dives and complaining to the ref act. Plenty of possession but no end product - big opportunity for points lost today, same last week as well. Very frustrating. The free tickets given to County didn't go down well at all eh.
  7. Hypothetically, it could be argued that Hearts hiring Graeme Rix and not immediately sacking Craig Thomson all those years ago makes them pro-sex offender. Hearts fans support a club which is not against sex offenders. Hypothetically...
  8. Blaming a relatively young fan base in 2022 for the actions of some businessmen in the 90's is unreasonable. I get your (aggressively articulated) point, but we're not exactly going to pay reparations to Meadowbank fans for the rest of our lives. Go and grill the Airdrie fans.
  9. You're absolutely right. We'll all come and support your team
  10. Which sunbed does McInnes use? Asking for a pasty friend.
  11. It seems like you have a real hatred for Rangers specifically. Fair do's. But personally, I would want to see any away supporter ejected from the home end, regardless of whether they were sitting quietly or happy slapping my gran. We need segregation at football in this country because we can't be trusted to mingle for a couple of hours on a Saturday.
  12. Celtic fans have absolutely infiltrated the home end and celebrated when their team has scored in the past. How much of a nuisance they were compared to other supporters of other clubs is a matter of opinion. I agree with the club's approach to limit the purchase of home end tickets when away fans are going to be given the other three stands. We'll definitely still see away fans in the home end in the future though, but I'm hoping that our fellow supporters will actively point out away fans to stewards and police.
  13. It will be interesting to see if Mullin gets a chance this season. Still can't believe he wen't on loan to Hamilton to be closer to home. Acting like South Lanarkshire is another country (although it can seem like it sometimes)
  14. Looks like Martindale is happy with the squad if/when we get this Congolese winger signed up. Hopefully he gives a fair chance to Hamilton this season. I'd have preferred to see Kabia stay and fight for his place, but I'd take Hamilton chipping in with 5 or so goals from the bench this season.
  15. Myles Hippolyte matched with an old flame of mine on Tinder, she told him she wasn't interested, so he tracked her down on social media and turned up to her place of work. Several times.
  16. Hamilton is a funny one. Scores for fun in the Championship, but doesn't seem to look as promising in the Premiership. In all fairness, he's never really had a fair chance at Livingston. I think if Indecisive Davie is still unsure about Hamilton, he should be kept at the club this coming season to fight for his place and see how he gets on. Although I fear that his future lies elsewhere. If that's the case, I'm certain he'll go with the supporter's best wishes for the future. Can't fault his loyalty.
  17. Must be a big assister if he got a move to Middlesbrough at 22/23 after playing a handful of games and hardly scoring for a few non-league teams.
  18. I genuinely think we could win the Champions League and we'd still struggle to fill the West Stand. It's a real shame.
  19. For me, the frustrating thing is that he has bags of ability, but quite often doesn't like to pass to team-mates. Maybe that's a lack of awareness or poor decision-making. I often have to remind myself that we're a diddy team and will never have players that are the finished article, so we should come to expect and allow for mistakes like this quite often. But sometimes he can definitely see the better option, but he wants the glory. Typical of attacking players I suppose. Good luck to him, but given how impatient Hearts fans are, I think they're either going to love or loathe him.
  20. You can't tell me that you've never watched Forrest take the ball from the left wing to the right wing and you've never thought to yourself: 'pass it ffs'
