Imo every trophy they won should be declared "No winner", but the other issue must be whether the SPL looks into how much prize money they have deprived other sides of during these years. Would any team try to recoup money from them via the courts like sheffield utd did to west ham, alledgedly winning £20m in compensation.

Having paid £47m in EBT's over 10 years would have required an outlay of close to £100m to be paid via paye, so they saved in the region of £50m giving an average £5m per year over the 10 years. so for that to equate to a 6% extra spend, rangers must've been spending in the region of £83 m on wages which is nonsense, their wage bill probably averaged out around £30m per season which over that perion then afforded them closer to an extra 17% extra spend which is massive.

Just remember that the big earners have 25% release clauses and they'll probably start to jump ship very soon, and won't have any money to sign anybody regardless of what CG says. Only according to haudit and daudit. By all accounts HMRC won't entertain them because it's related to tax avoidance and the fact they plan to pay off footballing debts. If they are found guilty of having dual contracts and therefore systematically cheating over 10 years they'll need a hell of a better excuse than the fixtures being published to avoid being relegated. Let's not forget that they'll have another shyster who's just out to make a quick buck in charge, and that's not even taking into account his "mystery investors". Rangers will be feeling the ramifications of this administration for years to come and it won't be long until the orcs are harking back to the good old days under minty moonbeams.

Somebody should've asked "big amo" if, as part of the rangers family and as one of "the people", that seeing as the club are now in dire financial straights and about to go to the wall has he made any arrangements to repay the £639k interest free "loan" that the ibrox club so generously gave him access to. Edited because i was beaten to it

you were right. "Rangers have 21 days from the date of the ruling to appeal to the Court of Session in a bid to move the case back to the first stage of the appeal or be annulled. They could even accept the transfer ban in fear of greater punishment for bringing the game into disrepute over financial irregularities dating back to May 2011, when owner Craig Whyte took over the club. That must be the understatement of the century. They blatantly avoided taxes for the best part of 10 years so they deserve every punishment that comes their way, regardless of the effects on any other clubs. Unless of course we're saying that cheating is acceptable(as long as our teams can spend more on wages), in which case we're aswell shutting up shop right now.
