  1. That sounds like an interesting structure, but WTF is he on about backing the zombies to get into SFL1??????????????????????? That'll be my direct debit getting cancelled if that becomes reality as sporting integrity will have gone right out the window for the sake of financial interest.
  2. That would just be too much to hope for Gonnae let us in, gonnae let us in, gonnae let us in, gonnae let us .... Accounts? .... b@stards!!!!!!! And how long until another opening comes up after that?????
  3. Might have been covered several hundred pages ago as this thread moves so fast, but the interesting point on the report to be prepared on Hauddit & Daudit is that the remit appears to be limited to whether or not they had a conflict of interest prior to their appointment. Surely irrespective of whether they did or did not have a conflict, the way in which they have conducted the administration of Scumgers has been questionable in the extreme and worthy of further inquiry also. -
  4. I'm guessing that nobody has taken Frankie Boyle up on his offer to go halfers on Clubfoot then?
  5. Makes me think of a very good piece of advice I was once given after a meeting with someone from the shallower end of the gene pool: "Never argue with a stupid person because they will drag the discussion down to their level then beat you with experience"
  6. I'm sure the zombies will be happy to take money from the orcs and let them sit watching the grass grow at Ibrokes every second Saturday, won't be much else happening there
  7. They could all simply arrange to issue their various decisions on the count of 3. That way it would be like a firing squad where only of those with a gun has a live bullet - they all loaded their guns, they all pulled their triggers at the same time, but which shot actually made the difference??????? In this case all of them, but collective responsibility should apply for them all allowing the situation to develop in the first place, so resolve it collectively.
  8. I take your point SJC, but my point is that by allowing the Newco to cling to the hope that they can retain use of the name and the history while entering the SPL as Club12, the SFA/SPL can then say OK on the condition that Newco faces up to the debt and sanctions, which they are trying strenuously to avoid - thus forcing them to agree to re-emerge somewhere (SFL3/SPL2 or whatever) other than the SPL minus sanctions and debt
  9. Things just got even more f*ucked-up than they were already: http://sport.stv.tv/football/clubs/rangers/106736-spl-will-charge-newco-rangers-on-non-contractual-payments/ How can the SPL apply any charges due to the actions of scumgers on the zombie newco? There is a clue in the name - NEWco, ie. not the OLDco The assets of oldco scumgers, who cheated Scottish football for years, have been sold and the club will cease to exist in the not too distant future. The authorities appear to be trying to have their cake and eat it but that won't work. Reading between the lines, they are trying to force the zombies to make the decision to enter the SFL at a lower level with the incentive being that they will then get scumgers registration but without the penalties (financial and disciplinary ones at least) that go with it.
  10. Div, There is far too much logic and common sense in what you say for the Scottish football authorities to accept this, not without politically correct machinations and public outcry at the need for Rangers to be adequately punished for past crimes. The fly in your otherwise excellent ointment for this ailment is the ignorance and lack of realism that is exercised by so many of a blue persuasion who feel justified in immediate entry to the SPL for their zombie club for no reason other than being "ra peepul" and the defence that those responsible for the mess are no longer on the scene.
  11. The only people the orcs have any right to be angry with are SDM, Craig Whyte, Charles Green, every member of the board at Ibrokes for the last 25 years or more and the idolised players and staff who agreed to receive payments through questionable means. All decent, straight thinking Scottish football fans are the ones who have the right to be angry with those whom the orcs are mis-directing their anger at for allowing this shambles to happen in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. The current (excuse the pun) status of scumgers should not be an influencing factor in the action to be taken by the SFA/SPL regarding the EBT shennanigans. Although their assets have been sold, the football club in its current guise (there's that pun again) ie. the one which broke the rules, still exists and still holds registration to play in the SPL. The SFA/SPL boards now need to grow a set and issue sanctions in connection with the EBTs in a timely manner that will remove the option of the newco being admitted to the SPL, whether by suspension or complete expulsion of the current (and again) registration holders.
  13. Just read No. 8's bit at the bottom of his posts about 4 men with a dream etc etc. Isn't it funny how things come full-circle and they are no longer going strong and back to four men with a dream, and no money. But do we know it is four men or is it really 8 due to having 4 secretly stashed away out of public view? Couldn't resist and continued respect to No. 8 for sticking by this thread.
  14. And that was the whole point of the "No ball" scandal - it was a bigger picture outside of the extra run that went in the "Extras" box. Large amounts of cash were bet on player X bowling a no ball on the Yth delivery of the Zth over, hence the scandal.
  15. The Rise and Fall of The Holy Roman Empire, oh no wait, that'll be the sequal.
  16. Ian in County Down: "The newco must be in the SPL. Any clubs who decide to vote against Rangers are cutting off their nose to spite their face. The recent humiliation has been a humbling experience for Rangers and more than enough of a punishment." - taken from BBC Rangers in Crisis. There are none so blind as those that do not want to see!!!!!!!!! HMRC are hunting senior orcs, decisions remain on the CoS action, EBTs and straight forward non payment of tax deducted at source. Laws have been broken, HMRC's intentions are clear, legal action will follow for individuals representing the club behind this which has benefited from cheating, and they think that public humiliation is sufficient punishment. You only have to read a cross-section of the post on here from Rankers fans to gauge the level of logic that goes into their blind faith. A bit of humiliation would very quickly be forgotten by the orcs as they try to remember how to count past 54.
  17. My thoughts exactly Wings. Everyone is expecting Govan United to rise majestically (is that like Her Majesty?) through the leagues IF they get into the 3rd divison. With the attendances they will get at that level and a team of youngsters and semi retired has beens that is far from certain. My money says that every team that comes up against zombie Rankers will do all they can to pump them and to keep them down where they belong and that their return to the top flight in the shortest time possible should not be taken as a certainty.
  18. The key word in all of that is "MAY". Not WILL or SHALL, but MAY thus leaving wriggle room for the SFA to bottle the decision. I hope they don't, but the mechanism to allow them to do so is there sadly.
  19. Like the club she used to follow, she is clearly not one for following the rules either .... did you see the sign over her right shoulder?
