  1. Seven minutes of added time, if you hadn't scored there would probably have been seven more. I thought the ref was decent until we scored and then we didn't get a decision the remainder of the game. Two red cards missed as well. As with Scotty, I am a seething mess over this game. If Ayr are reflective of the quality of the 2nd tier of Scottish football then we're in a really bad place.
  2. This can't be true, we can't get any foreigners to work in our piss poor jobs like harvesting.
  3. Misogyny I have no doubts if the roles were reversed that the exact same point would be made. The pertinent issue here is not which person is to blame but the fact that they are a married couple and held prominent positions in the party. There has already been significant press around why he should not have remained as chief exec. I guess that shows misandry
  4. The cultists can't see their beloved SNP brought to task for attempting to destroy an individual. It may have been incompetence that ended the entire process but as the SNP chief exec showed, it was pursued with malice. They did collude though. Or maybe you missed that. Hopefully some of the reporting restrictions do get lifted, especially for those that decided to go to the press behind their protected anonymity.
  5. That'll be the Scottish income tax rate going up by 2% then.
  6. Colts waive Shaq (Darius) Leonard. Didn't see that coming.
  7. This isn't a recent phenomenon. Insurance companies have been doing this for as long as I can remember.
  8. I'm no fan of the EU. However, anyone thinking that the UK would be either dictating or even competent negotiators hasn't been paying attention to UK politics. My comment was merely an observation of what is happening in the EU as a consequence. I'm merely an interested observer, someone that is looking for Spanish property.
  9. Looks like Spain will be joining France to try and change the 90 day rule for UK residents. Spain in particular has seen a dramatic decrease in UK nationals owning homes and September saw a 23% year on year decrease in property prices. Not just the UK suffering from Brexit it would seem.
  10. All that shows is that the SNP have managed to elect someone who is either too stupid to see what is in front of him.
  11. See this is what boils my piss. Why shouldn't Robinson go on TV and voice an opinion? So what if it isn't the same as the leader. Totally sick of MPs and MSPs defending the indefensible just because the represent the same party. Would it be such a disaster 8f someone went out to the media and said "You know what, I am in agreement with the public - his behaviour has undermined trust in him and therefore I am encouraging him to resign." No defending the indefensible, no compromising your own integrity. For once just say it as everyone sees it.
  12. I like how your "hot take" is that anybody that dares to point out the lies or hypocrisy in the SNP is circle jerking. Shows a complete lack of awareness and, more importantly self awareness, on what the vast majority of postings are in the politics forum. The SNP have shown that they have no better governance or elected members than any other party. Anyone that thinks it's somehow different in Scotland under the SNP has lost the power of objective thought and therefore calling this put where it exists is warranted.
  13. A fairer comparison would be 21 points behind the league leaders after 13 games. The season after being in a higher division. Another way to look at it would be the team in 5th have more than double Clyde's point total whilst playing a game less. The league isn't pish, Clyde are.
  14. The car insurance market as a whole hasn't made a profit for the last couple of years, hence the premium rise. When it comes to cars, the design has now reached a stage where it can take many hours if labour and require bumper removal etc. just to change a headlight bulb. This is also a contributing factor to the tendency to write cars off nowadays.
  15. It matters when you are trying to use the extent of this vast resource as the basis of why Scotland can be the Renewable leader in Europe. The 25% figure was credited to "Scottish Government Analysis" rather than any independent source that has as you put it "remain in various publications in increasingly abstracted and incorrect ways." The actual value of 4-6% is obviously far less politically valuable. https://www.these-islands.co.uk/publications/i384/wrong_with_the_wind.aspx
  16. 25% of Europe's offshore wind potential. ETA: thanks @Suspect Device
  17. The quote used by the SNP was 25% of Europe's offshore wind potential. Nothing to do with the EU and nothing to do with capacity.
  18. This wasn't a personal mobile contract. The question is why the contract holder (i.e. the parliamentary corporate body) did not set spending caps.
  19. Only if you are considerate of others. I don't stay anywhere near Edinburgh thankfully.
  20. Just wait until the can't get cars along streets because there are no parking restrictions but the roads aren't wide enough for three cars and sometimes not even two cars can fit on some roads.
  21. No way, they may be from constituents. Imagine having to deal with them.
