  1. Started watching Fool Me Once which is a Harlan Coben story starring Michelle Keegan whose sister and husband have both been murdered in mysterious circumstances. First episode is pretty good with a lot of weird stuff going on and Joanna Lumley, her snobby mother-in-law is worth a watching. Add in a police detective who seems to have his own problems and the scene is set for a decent watch.
  2. Denis Connaghan the former St Mirren, Celtic and Morton goalkeeper has died aged 79
  3. This is exactly what I intend to do with reviews on here. Only thing is I'm not nearly as prolific as your good self at heading along to the cinema so I'll probably only manage 20 or so for the full year.
  4. JPR Williams the Welsh rugby legend dead at 74 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/67912287
  5. I know that Top 100 films has been ruled out as it was done last year and Greatest Scots is a good idea but how about Top Film Directors. There was a Top 25 Poll done 10 years ago and the final results are in Reveal below if you do decide to do an updated one at some point @Chris Partlow
  6. Mario Zagallo the legendary Brazilian player and manager has kicked his last ball at 92 A deadly duo for @Florentine_Pogen and @tamthebam
  7. I'm sorry son you must have me confused with someone else
  8. I think you've missed Bold's joke, think compass points
  9. I have 8 Solo Shots, if you're used to using spreadsheets it's easy to check how many times your selections have been picked by highlighting the column of picks then using the Find function for each name in your team.
  10. Aye here's Phil playing the Artful Dodger in 1965 aged minus 7
  11. Glynis Johns dead at 100 I don't have her in my team but I'm sure someone's bound to have her, come on @Miguel Sanchez get those teams posted
  12. Mr Bates vs The Post Office is compelling viewing which makes you angrier the more you find out about this scandalous miscarriage of justice. All the more sickening that Paula Vennells who was the CEO of the Post Office who oversaw hundreds of wrongful convictions was awarded a CBE in 2019 for services to PO. Still to watch the documentary about it. Btw Falkirk post office in Callendar Square gets a mention in first episode.
  13. Must have watched Episode 8 about a dozen times, the greatest single hour of TV in the history of mankind.
  14. My all time favourite show ever, especially The Return which was aired 25 years after the original Series 1 & 2. Up 3 places from last Poll so I'll take that.
  15. Well done to @Aim Here, happy to hand over the Trophy I held from last year. Top 5 for me in what was a tense and exciting year but my early season form let me down in second half, also massive thanks to @Miguel Sanchez for running the game impeccably, by the rules and in his own inimitable style.
  16. Hill Street Blues is the best cop show ever, pity the P&B demographic is too young to rate it higher. Banshee was tremendous, just missed out in my Top 10, deserves to be in the list for Lili Simmons alone
