  1. With regard to next season; do we think we'll see some 'well ken't faces' or some relative unknowns that McCann will pluck from obscurity? I think we could do with some creativity from the middle of the park, could do worse than take Templeton from accies as they descend the league structure. That is aside from the obvious inadequacies we have throughout the squad - mainly fullback and strikers IMHO.
  2. I'd think he would be out with our wage structure but I would be happy to have him at Dens. Edit for me being a dumpling.
  3. If it didn't taste ok they wouldn't serve it. Non issue IMO.
  4. Pint of Harviestoun's Broken Dial in the theatre royal bar. First time I've tried it and thoroughly enjoying it!
  5. As a genuine answer; I want top six and a cup semi. I think at least 8th and a cup quarter is acceptable. 10th place is minimum expectation. If we are below tenth then pep will get his jotters.
  6. The quick boys video is a bit of a better watch the the 8min montage. He looks quick, strong and good in the air. Always difficult to tell from YouTube though as people generally won't put up vids showing them in a bad light and you've no idea what kind of quality the opposition are. I'm going in with low expectations and if he's good then that's awesome, if he's pish I'll not be overly surprised.
  7. I'm happy with any away aside from Dumbarton, done that too recently for it to tickle my tackle. Would actually enjoy a wee jaunt up to Peterhead away, although the place does stink of fish. Or fash as they call it.
  8. I do agree with you with regard to the adults prices, I reckon somewhere about the £280 mark would be more where I would like to see it but hey ho, I'll be going to every game barring whatever fixtures I miss due to a holiday in sept/oct so I'll still either break even or benefit from the season ticket.
  9. Under 12's season book is only £36 on early bird. Pretty reasonable, even for folk with a several kids. Free would be better but can't grumble at that.
  10. I do find it surprising. I'd imagine that money wise he'd be better off at Burnley even as a squad player, although by all accounts he did well for them this season. I can only conclude that he either doesn't feel he'd manage playing in the English premier league or he's a mad current bun. Possibly C; sevco have broken the bank (corporate credit card) for him. I couldn't think of a more fitting marquee signing for them though.
  11. Painting the hall (not a euphemism) then haircut, beers, watch Scottish cup final, FA cup final, German cup final, Boxing. A takeaway will be had at some point in the evening.
  12. I think a club like Leeds would be a no brainer for Stewart. Money would be far in excess of anything in Scotland bar the two cheeks but he could Prob still get a better deal for him down south. And if it doesn't work out for him he could come back up here relatively untarnished and get a premier league club easily. I'd imagine the club would be able the get a better fee from Leeds rather than Aberdeen / hearts. No idea whether sevco have a 'war chest' or not.
  13. Maybe they just feel bad for the fans having watched us get pumped 4-0? Although I'd concur that they'll probably both be away.
  14. Dependant on how much relegation would cost the club; there is an argument that it would be better financially to lose him for nothing in the summer whilst ensuring we stay in the league rather than accepting a low offer as Greg only has a year on his contract. I'm not saying I'm particularly fearful of relegation next season BUT I think that if you sell your best players and don't adequately replace them then things can go Pete Tong quite rapidly.
  15. I didn't see that as I was away like a shot at the final whistle but it looked to me the way he was playing today that he'll not be here next season. I know the game was a dead rubber, but his demeanour just seemed like he wouldn't be here rather than the typical 'on the beach' end of season head.
  16. Nah, every league place is worth more prize money which in turn helps us either keep or attract players we want over the summer. Every game is must win.

  18. I'd buy a "no gowser, no party" t-shirt. 100% ETA: Thank you.
  19. What's the script with Adidas Neo? Have they always existed as a sort of sub brand or are they a new product? I've only noticed them over the past couple of years.
  20. Would make sense to get it out early; kids with a summer birthday, school holidays, people away on holidays etc.
  21. Club always seem to be fairly late doing strips, but with the sponsor already sorted I would imagine end of June / mid July. Only guesswork but would be surprised if they left it much later.
