    They've apparently just signed someone called Jordan Storey. Miles was pish last season but I wouldn't mind him staying. His pace would be an asset.

    Gary Miller was decent enough. As I remember not a standout at CB but OK at RB. I'd rather have Miller than Paul McGinn but we can do better.

    Most Rangers threads are turned into sinfully dull mini-BRALTs and discussions about religion. I generally just scroll past those posts. The car crash that is the Rangers' banter years is very entertaining though. Far more than the actual football in Scotland.

    Stop being obtuse if you want to be taken seriously. Scottish independence isn't and never was solely an SNP policy. I am critical of the SNP, I am not nationalistic and I am more conservative than most on here yet I am pro-Independence. Apart from some scare stories there's no proof that Scotland would be worse off outside of the Union. We have the infrastructure so we can do it.

    In my pious opinion the Frans signing for DU is a decent summary of a way they are ran as a club since their relegation. Paying high wages to a few "bigger name" individuals at the expense of other areas of the team and then struggling. We've just had a season of that. Frans might be OK but I'd guess no better or no worse than that. Would bang, but would not sign.

    8 years of an horrific and highly damaging Tory Government and the thing that causes offence is a few MPs walking out of Parliament because it's not pwoper and befitting an English gentleman.

    The same core "whit aboot ma pension" types who voted No are the same who love Brexit and the Union. A Hard Red White and Blue Brexit is what they want. I doubt many of them will change their mind over ScotRef2.

    I reckon Brexit could have been OK if it was done right. The Tories' inability to properly negotiate it along with their in-fighting has turned it into a disgrace. I don't think it'll be as catastrophic as some predict. Probably people will be worse off in the short term. Long term who knows.
