After seeing the Twitter post with who shouted it and what was  shouted I’m very shocked at who it is. Very disgusting comment aswell

Be very careful there.  Are you certain the comment was shouted or was it a comment made to people in the immediate company which was picked up by someone within earshot ?  I wasn't there and I'm no lawyer but that may be something the police will consider.

as it stands we are still in prime spot for play offs and six points clear of rivals. the manager and players are up for the fight shame the so called fans on here arent. the destructive negativity doesnt help anybody!! stick to supporting the team instead of your worthless criticism and thinking you know best. if u call yourself a true sons fan then put your money where your mouth is.

Four semi-literate posts in almost ten years on this site tells us just how committed you are to DFC.  And where loyalty is concerned, it's absolutely fine except when it becomes blind loyalty - that's dangerous.  Face facts pal.

We must be almost 2 years to the day since the 2-0 defeat to bottom of the league East Fife when Faz looked a broken man in his post-match and admitted he didn't know how to fix it. How is he still here

My take is that the board is petrified of having to replace him, and they are hoping that somehow it all comes right.  I've been told that the team's target is a top four finish, and even if we bomb again in the playoffs they'll use that as a justification for keeping him.  If we fail to make the top four it could get uncomfortable.

Blair Malcolm starting at LB will at least keep Jan happy.

That CB pairing will be as slow as treacle. Durnan will be blowing out his hole after an hour after so long out.

You wonder why Durnan wan't given minutes on grass parks in the last two games, and today he's back in today on astro 🙄

He certainly threatened the club with court action in order to kill us if he didn't get a director loan repaid to him when he left our board.

I never knew the guy but wasn't it the case under DFC rules that people joining the Board had/have to input a five figure 'loan' to the club ?

If so, and if you impose such conditions, isn't it pretty obvious that anyone departing is going to call time on that 'loan' ?  I'm sure I would.

As for court action to 'kill us', that suggests more about the club's finances and their inability or reluctance to return Les Hope's money than him wanting it refunded.

And not the only one under Faz’s reign. Off the top of my head we’ve lost 6 at Stirling, 6 at Annan, 5 tonight at a relegation threatened Stranraer and there was the 5-1 home defeat to an Albion Rovers team who did go on and get relegated.

I don’t think I can recall another Dumbarton manager suffering so many heavy defeats. If there is you’re probably going back to the Jim Fallon era but then the board at least had the balls to pull the trigger when required.

The direction of travel is absolutely down and we don’t have a board able or willing to act. The club from top to bottom is an absolute shambles; ownership, management, players who fold in many of not most ‘big games’, right down to smaller but significant aspects like the ongoing pitch condition and the embarrassment of a club website. Zero leadership and zero accountability top to bottom.

You forgot about the emptying of volunteers who have supported the club for decades on the say-so of one individual.  No wonder the rest of Scottish football is regarding us as a basket case of a club.

I suppose you could argue it was, but was it a big game for Peterhead? Not really. I wouldn’t say there was huge pressure to deliver a win yesterday, either. Arguably Stranraer last week was a bigger pressure game, after the run we’d been on, but I wouldn’t saying winning either of these has changed my opinion on the manager. When it’s a potential title decider or playoff game (i.e. most significantly, a direct rival is also desperate for a win) he’s never delivered.

Supporters opinions on the manager will have no bearing on anything as he'll be here next season and possibly beyond come what may.  So there are absolutely no pressure games.  It's a unique situation and he's a very fortunate manager.

Perhaps if we got a shirt sponsor who done the seemingly trivial thing of actually paying for the shirt sponsorship we wouldn't need to rent our ground out to a B team loving non-entity of a football club.

That's a good point, and we don't actually know if Broomhill are paying anything either LOL !
