  1. After Macgregor and Allardice going off yesterday I believe all of the below are out: Allardice Macgregor Welsh Devine Samuels Sutherland Walsh I think out of those 7, 5 or 6 would be definite starters. I only clocked yesterday how many injuries we actually have at the moment. Hopefully some of these guys are back soon
  2. Echo the comments re. the ground tucked away in the back corner of an industrial estate and those terrible wee gazebos. Think we were good without being brilliant. Seen Macgregor on crutches after the game so that’s not looking hopeful. Allardice going off we lost that calming influence in the midfield and Hyde put himself about but doesn’t have the same passing ability. Sanders at the back for Cove was given a torrid time by Oakley for the short time he was on. Should’ve had big George on sooner imo No idea about the red card so will pass judgement.
  3. No Bovril in the pie hut should be immediate grounds for relegation IMO
  4. Hope the SFA make Colin Steven the ref for every future game we have against Raith so the tear stained rants continue
  5. Robbo must’ve been been on the bevvy on the scouting trip to watch him. He’s looked well out his depth so far
  6. After seeing the replays think it’s defo a red. Good call from the ref. Macgregor and Mackay have both been lively. Hopefully more of the same in the second half
  7. Similarly there’s a director at my work who can’t pronounce Data correctly. Adds an R on the end and pronounces its “Date-er”, I don’t speak to him often but when I do it infuriates me
  8. Got back into running after the first lockdown and I’ve had maybe 3/4 pairs of shoes in that time and every single pair has given me blisters. Always seems to be just below the ball of my foot, sort of in line with my big toe. Had my gait checked a few years back by a mate who worked in Run4it at the time and he said I needed Neutral shoes. Anyone found their gait has changed over time?
  9. I forgot all about that I remember Golobart also broke his ankle against Dunfermline in the Cup replay trying to do the Zidane spin move. Bring him home Doddsy
  10. Partick probably have the best attack in the Championship having scored 21 goals in their first 8 games. Whereas we have only conceded 9 goals in 8 games which is the lowest in the league and 4 of them came against Partick. Hopefully a much improved performance after the last time against PT. Cameron Harper 3 Partick Thistle 0
  11. Ayr definitely had the more chances with the onslaught of corners in the first half and Ridgers had a bit of work to do We had our own chances especially with Danny Mackay forcing the keeper into a save. Harper looked much better in his new centre mid position alongside Allardice. Was a bit disappointed in Delaney at left back, felt like he wasn’t 100% comfortable playing left back but everyone has off days. Felt Boyd was poor too even though he set up the goal. Colin Steven is a poor referee going on todays showing some bizarre calls for both sides
  12. Neighbours that have assigned parking spaces/drives but park in the communal spaces so they don’t have to walk an extra 5 metres to their front door
  13. Greggs Sausage rolls, had one next to a steak bake in the bag the other day and I’m convinced they used to be much bigger
  14. That game at Starks in March is probably in my top 5 games I’ve ever been to. 5 goals, two late strikes from Logan Chalmers, 2 red cards for Raith and an absolute heads gone from many of your fans at the final whistle. Well worth the entry that day
  15. Down to the barebones and still managed to grind it out, get in there Scotland!
  16. Stream dropped out as Mcfadden started talking, not all bad
  17. Sad night for all of us too tight to pay for Premier Sports, every stream I’ve found works for a minute or two then drops out
  18. Just caught up on the thread after last night. Delighted with the result and get it right up all the “Irish” fans in the Scottish sections. As said Mcgregor was poor, felt Dykes wasn’t great either and Armstrong was a bit anonymous at times. Very pleased with Hickeys performance, a nice headache to have picking between him and Patterson when both are fully fit. John Mcginn was doing John Mcginn things as usual, I wouldn’t be averse to giving him the captaincy full time. Ireland were out to kick us and I’m not sure if it was evident from the TV coverage but the time wasting after they went 1-0 up was shocking. Also, shout out to @Yeats.abdn for offering his tickets up for free and refusing to take anything for them!
  19. I’ve been looking for a couple tickets and would love to go mate. I’d be happy to make a donation to a charity of your choosing if you don’t want any cash for them?
  20. Wasn’t that at Celtic park? Might’ve been the goal where we turned into prime Barca from a corner
