  1. You mean the English Premier League, which hasn't been known as the Premiership for almost 20 years?
  2. About as balanced a team as I could muster. Give it the Plumber until the end of the season. McLaughlin Randall McGowan Souttar McGhee Callachan Holt Halliday Mackay-Steven Watt Nicholson
  3. Great banter opportunity for Hearts today
  4. True. Although the fact she doesn't know who Andrew Neil is would be a concern. (However funny that is.)
  5. Only issue there is fanzone(s) showing the Germany game in Stuttgart. Assuming we don't get tickets, I'm of half a mind not to bother travelling there.
  6. My scepticism stems from her being in the SNP from an early age and having very little life experience outside of politics. All very similar to the departing First Minister and even more so his predecessor (as she was also in law, slightly less briefly).
  7. What's she done to be anywhere near the top of the SNP let alone lead a country?
  8. McNulty is the English English. And like Tom, he writes almost entirely in riddles.
  9. I wouldn't have thought of ties, but I inherited some of my grandad's so it'll be them. The clothes tend to stay the same now unless I have to go up a size or they're so worn they're no longer of any use.
  10. My best cinema experience was seeing Heather Graham in the flesh at a film premiere. Worst was probably the disappointment of The Phantom Menace.
  11. A graphic designer won't be involved at all. It's a badge from an image library with some text around it.
  12. A sub-editor would be responsible for placing the badges on the page, not a graphic designer. I'd assume it'd be a sports sub-editor as well, rather than a general sub-editor.
  13. If I hadn't seen the picture on the previous page I'd have wondered what Bob Mortimer was doing on P&B.
  14. From the BBC's Dundee v Rangers match report: Rangers have gone from a position where they could have been two points ahead of Celtic by winning their two games in hand to one where, even if they win the final Old Firm derby of the season away to their city rivals, they will be behind on goal difference should both sides win their other four remaining games.
  15. I'm sure Daniel Stendel would have had ample opportunity to challenge it in the courts had Hearts breached his contract.
  16. The text equivalent of shrugging his shoulders. It's either a lack of self-awareness or he's broadly doing what he's being asked to do.
  17. Claiming Hearts fans do anything happily is a bit of a stretch.
