  1. I think he's been pretty much cockless agaisnt the Wall until he got himself a Dragon, tbh.
  2. Hardhome, more than likely. There's clips of the Wight Giants carrying chains every time you see them afterwards. It's the same one. It's a different story in the book, but in this one it's the same. The other white walkers are the babies he's turned early on (you see a clip of it early doors)
  3. Good to hear. Club doing everything in their power to increase crowds, just hope they don't get disheartened, as so far the progress (and there is progress) isn't overly noticeable. The number of young fans seems to well up on 5/10 years ago.
  4. It was to revitalise us after an absolute disaster of a season initially, the squad he inherited possessed about 80% of the "worst ever eleven" our fans always talk about, so promotion was a bit of a fantasy target. Second season was to try and improve on the first, he managed that by bringing us even closer to promotion. In no way is he a failure.
  5. He didn't fall at us at all, the season before we finished eighth and he had to completely rebuild the squad, his first season we were clear in second place and only a rampant St Mirren kept us from winning the league, we reached both National Semis and beat Rangers at Ibrox. Second season it was only a Gretna side, who spent six month of the season with a wage bill that dwarfed top flight times, that kept him from promotion, and even then it took a last minute goal. Third season we took a while to get going due to the previous season but we'd reached the Challenge Cup Final and were picking up momentum. His two seasons we picked up more points in the league (66,65) than McInnes managed (58,65)
  6. He wasn't injured though, we've put players through fitness tests and left them out in the past, but it's hard for a physio to rule out a key player without any real proof, especially when the player is claiming he's fine.
  7. It does seem to correct itself later on, strange stuff, especially since Thomson was at the match yesterday.
  8. He'd completely bombed in non-league football before us. Would say TW was his assistant though, so his influence was still on show, as Lomas was pretty much despised by the squad.
  9. Is that meant to be a disguised pop at Millar/an explanation as to why Millar has been left out of so many squads?
  10. Not wanting to comfort you p***ks, but under Lomas we failed to win any of our first eight games before randomly stumbling upon a formation and team that eventually saw us finish 3rd. Fives game in is too early to have defined your season.
  11. We finished 8th, close to relegation to the third tier, the season before he came in, and he laid the foundations for the successes we've had since with his professionalism. He took Burnley into the EPL aswell. He's clearly not going to be your next manager though, absolute fantasy stuff.
  12. We were absolutely rancid today and have a horrendous record at Dens.
  13. He is. At Nottingham Forest he had a notebook with every sentence any journalist had said to him, and if he "proved them wrong" he'd have a rant at them and tell them exactly what they said.
  14. McFadden wouldn't get close to Dobbies level when he was playing for us, and that was a few seasons back. Strange signing, from the outside, he could barely last 15 minutes of football with us even after a full season training.

  16. Have Tottenham ever claimed to be moving? They mention "moving into a new home" a lot, which I doubt anyone could argue with as it's a completely new build. Seems like an argument out of nothing
  17. I genuinely can't even remember him ever being on the pitch for us
  18. You think a couple of American business men with no ties to the club are putting their money into Dundee without any plans of getting it back?
