  1. Scott Arfield didn't make his debut until he was 18, he turned 19 that same season and scored about three goals. Griffiths didn't play in the top flight until he was 21, at 18/19 he'd just had his breakthrough season either Livingston. Robertson joined United at 19 aswell, turning 20 during that season..
  2. Well yeah, which is why it's more likely they were just watching Allan rather than actually scouting a player.
  3. Well yeah, but he'd been on loan at you and played for your feeder club. Larssons a EPL player and still plays for Sweden, he won't be in this league next season. It'll just be one of the yearly rumours someone makes up to wind up gullible kids who'll believe it.
  4. You'll no doubt ignore this, but he'd be watching Allan. They used to come to some of our matches when we've had loanees of them to watch the player. Certainly did with Cillian Sheridan and Darnell Fisher.
  5. Some fans were happy we lost Swanson because it meant Thomson would get a chance, as Swanson was lazy whereas Thomson has pace and "would give 100%". I'd bet there'd be a couple of folk on WAP who'd complain if we signed MOH purely because they think Thomsons better.
  6. Christ, I had no idea that game was that long ago. Turns out the 3-3 game at McDiarmid was the season before that aswell.
  7. You've only won three of the last fifteen matches between the two clubs m8, we've won seven.
  8. Neither stood against us, Ryan Dow was probably the most dangerous. Shows how pointless these comparisons are.
  9. It's actually not. Graham Cummins was an incredible striker for his first six months here, but has been fairly shite for the next 18.
  10. They could sign Moh and May and fans would still turn as we aren't giving the youth a chance.
  11. Is this the right place? No idea where DC can go with the Justice League film. They've made Wonder Woman an indestructible God, so it'll be hard to find any bad guy that can have any serious threat. It'll be even worse when Superman returns to the scene.
  12. Wonder Woman, was alright, I'd made the mistake of reading reviews and that which claims it was one of the best films of the year. It clearly isn't, but it's one of the better origins stories. Followed that up with a Fast and Furious film (no idea which one), and was surprised to see Wonder Woman in that aswell. Funny old day.
  13. The rule when the SPFL began was certainly only one "overage" loanee from a club in the same division.
  14. Yeah Bartons the one who stands out, he transformed Partick with his ability to play multiple roles. Problem with the question is that a lot of the time clubs up here don't mention anything at all about fees or frees.
  15. Our only ITK source says we have absolutely no interest in him, and haven't at any point since he left.
  16. You're just making a point that 80% of Saints fans have been making for the past three years. It's a moot point anyway considering we've twice offered the biggest (relative) contract to players in the last five years, and seemingly Scougall isn't too far off it either. Weve still got over a month of the transfer window left, and at the moment I'm more convinced we'll spend a fee than I've ever been.
  17. What sort of safety net do you think a club of our size needs?
  18. Indeed, it's brilliant to see what Partick are doing and I genuinely hope it all pays off. I just hope your academy doesn't get shafted by this moronic Project Brave pish.
