  1. I believe we are looking at a stand/terrace in conjunction with our charity arm of the club which will see community facilities attached to the side/back of the stand/terrace. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  2. Yep. Many moons ago, there was talk of a BP/Petrochemical testing centre or some sort, attached to a stand, that wasn't allowed due to said "Blast zone". A stand/terrace with anything else in it is perfectly allowable. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  3. I remember the blunders and that's Probobly clouding my judgement. Nice fella when I met him though, agree on his attitude. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  4. Agreed. I mentioned him for his first season, which he was a bomb scare. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  5. Next season is the final with Puma. You may not be far away with Joma after that though. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  6. http://www.footyheadlines.com/2015/01/puma-15-16-teamwear-kits.html?m=1 Puma templates for next season..... Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  7. That's why I didn't mention him about last season, I thought he was much improved. His first season was horrific however. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  8. Since relegation we have had some real stinkers, as BPM said this season is not unique in that some players just don't work out. Some of my personal lowlights; 2010/11 Mehdi Khalis Jason Marr Ross Perry 2011/12 Willie Gibson Jordan White 2012/13 Iain Flannigan Johnny Flynn Andy Haworth Sean Higgins Chris Smith 2013/14 Rakish Bingham Joe Chalmers Olu Durojaiye Phil Roberts Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  9. 100% agree with the last 2 posters. Yes 5th will be seen as a failure in the grand scheme of things (should we actually finish their) but with the teams above us, bar QOS, I expected to be behind them. Houston should not be sacked after less than 1 season. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  10. Based on Sibbald's performance's since our last meeting in the cup, I doubt you'll need to worry. Unless he raises his game that is. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  11. From a couple of people last night at the game, word is he is not only out for the season but could be longer than that and his pre-contract is being looked at with Dundee. No idea the legality of that scenario however. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  12. Not great PR to be honest from Houstie or FFC. These events are usually well attended by the management and players so a little disappointing that only 2 turned up. Hopefully with that being the first, it's fed back and rectified for the next few POTY events. Sounds like Will and Craig did a good job however and great to see they were their for a good while. 13. Anyone buy semi final tickets today? If so, what section is being sold for the West stand currently? Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  14. Was at the stadium shop/Ticket office earlier getting semi final tickets. Been refurbished completely and looks great now to be honest. Girl said it'll be fully stocked for Saturday. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  15. Whilst he'd do no worse than Smith or Morgan, I don't see Houstie giving him a start. He's not even appeared from the bench so don't think he'll start the match. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  16. That's a positive then. Although the semi final is 3 weeks yesterday. Not leaving much time for rehab and match fitness. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  17. Is it a sign that Loy isn't due back anytime soon with Shepherd having been recalled from his loan spell with Struggling Albion? Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  18. He does seem jinxed not to score. That said, he does far more in a game than Botti or Shepherd have done in most games. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  19. Whilst it's true we miss Baird & Kerr, we have only faced Hibs once with the pair of them this season yet are unbeaten in all 3 games. If all our boys bring their "A" game to the table, I think we will progress. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  20. Both semi finals are confirmed to be at Hampden and both will be on TV sadly. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  21. I'm an optimist and a realist mixed into 1, bare minimum I'm looking for is a play off spot in the league and a semi final berth in the cup. Both involve us beating QOS and that's a job we should never be fearful of. They may be saying the same about us in all honesty. Re the play offs, of course we want to get there. What else would we be doing on those dates? Twiddling our thumbs waiting for the cup final or worst case waiting for NEXT season to begin. Any income from those games is a side issue and a bonus too. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  22. And the rest. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  23. The club are looking at the East side development. I believe it's in conjunction with Falkirk Foundation (Charity arm). Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  24. I'd personally rather win the cup game and then what will be will be regarding the league. A crack at another semi and indeed a final would be excellent. Some Falkirk fans could never see us win the Scottish Cup but promotions have and will come about. That said, the best I thought we could get this season in the summer was 4th and it's still a possibility, even if we lost the league tie. Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
  25. I don't mind the marketing guys pushing hospitality or sponsorships etc. they are doing they're job and I'd be more annoyed if it was silent on that front. Agree about the lack of football content but should that be up to the marketing guys? I don't think so. There's 3/4 guys who do the ffctv and another 2/3 who do the programme, couldn't that content go on the website too? Or at least a diluted version? Sent from my iPhone using Pie & Bovril
