    Apparently Scotland defeated England 2-1 in a Women's international played at Downfield Park in Dundee on 29th May 1977. I've checked the Glasgow Herald and Evening Times but this historic event does not appear to have been newsworthy enough to make their columns. Anyone got any further details about the game?

    Played well this afternoon, but didn't get the three points we deserved. We need to provide this level of performance going forward however. McManus and Trouten bossed midfield, as we know they can. Shepherd put in a terrific, selfless shift up top and Healy was a menace throughout. Nearly back to where we were last season.

    Back in the day I was a prolific taker of home movies. The classic was Joe junior, aged three, being taught to blow his nose by his big sister. He could not grasp the difference between blowing and snorting up the way.
