I usually forget my dreams within the same day i have them. Cant believe folk who remember them for weeks
When you lucid dream, it's beneficial to try and recall what happened in as much detail as possible. I've found that it helps. I wouldn't go as far to write things down; but definitely go through what happened before you drift off again.

Follow it up with: a really tight t-shirt with tiny sleeves, incredibly skinny and faded blue denim jeans and a pair of black, Nike trainers.
1/2 sleeves worth of tatttoos and a Nandos loyalty card to really go the full whack.
Weird how my generation is nearly a opposite reality than today's.
Adidas trainers (not NIKE)
Baggy/Flared Jeans (not skinny)
Normal sized shirts/t-shirts/jaikets. (not tiny)
Chippy (nae Nandos)
Tattoos were never ever sleeves.

It's terrible. I was walking by it a few weeks ago and someone walked out and spewed on the street. Not pleasant.
To be fair most Chinese restaurants here are boak-fests.

Just a few things I've noticed reading through the anxiety worries when people actually 'feel good'. It seems to be followed by a fear or 'feeling bad again'.
Maybe try and focus on what or how you've felt better, rather than focusing on a perceived inevitability that you will 'feel bad' again.
Just my perception, but worthwhile taking on board lads.

Started having 'trigger objects' to lucid dream. Like looking in a mirror and having a blurred/no reflection. Or turning a light switch on and it staying on/off.
Also trying to fly/levitate if you think you are lucid dreaming.

Never witnessed so much hostility/acrimony aimed towards one young, admittedly immature player before. Seems like a lot of people want to see him fail. He's far from the only egocentric footballer who has an inflated sense of his own worth.
Hope he settles down, gets his head screwed on, works hard, fulfils his undoubted potential and surprises everyone by becoming an asset to the Scottish national team in the future (let's face it, the chances of him electing for Somalia are slim and the rumours that he has turned his back on Scotland are just that.... rumours).
I don't think it's hostility, but frustration. Always a shame to see someone with talent totally waste it,

Beer of choice recently has been Asahi, can only get it in 4 pack 330ml or single 500ml bottles. Could do with a 12 pack.
Really like Asahi and also Sapporo. With either sushi or yakisoba is lovely.

Punk IPA is possibly the best beer ever brewed. Well, top 20 anyway. Not enjoying it is beer heresy.
Broughton's Old Jock is helluva strong but is indeed a lovely drop.
Just not to my taste. Too 'citric' tasting if you know what I mean.
Might try that Old Jock.
