Apologies if someone's mentioned the following story in an early page, I only checked the first couple. I remember reading this about urban legends in video games: In 1989, the Soviet Karvina Corporation released a mysterious game called "Killswitch." It totally and irrevocably erased itself from the computer upon completion of the game. Only 5000 copies of the game were issued and gameplay consisted of two characters, a little girl and an invisible demon. Nearly every user completed the game using the girl. Later, the company issued a cryptic message designed to keep the resolution of the story shrouded in mystery, and sent players crazy. Everyone was determined to know what happened when the game was completed with the demon. The following is a paragraph lifted from some forum post: "To find any copy usable today is an almost unfathomably rare occurrence; a still shrink-wrapped copy was sold at an action in 2005 for $733,000 to Yamamoto Ryuichi of Tokyo. It is entirely possible that Yamamoto’s is the last remaining copy of the game. Knowing this, Yamamoto had intended to open his play to all enthusiasts, filming and uploading his progress. However, to date, the only film that has surfaced is a one minute and forty-five second clip of a haggard Yamamoto at his computer, the avatar-choice screen visible over his right shoulder. Yamamoto is crying."

The Strain was terrific. The Fall was my favourite. The Night Eternal was insane, it veered off quite incredibly in a bizarre attempt to wrap up the series. Didn't like the resolution.

I haven't read the books but I take it this scene originally went slightly differently? Also, how old is Tommen in the story?

Anyway, I have a question. Is there a website that catalogues full player stats for the season? (For player and teams) For instance, if I want to check how many key passes/assists Darren Fletcher has made. Or his average distance covered per game. Then compare it with his teammates. Does anyone know if there exists such a comprehensive website?

The channel 4 announcers have form. A couple of years ago they would introduce episodes of The Simpsons without actually saying the family name. It would be "The Plimpsons" or "The Mimpsons" etc. And it was different announcers that were in on it. After a few weeks, a lassie finally said the proper name and something along the lines of "I know, I give up, can't think of any more to keep it going" Probably an office bet or something.

But now everyone is wondering why Cersei would be doing that. It clearly sounds like a punishment and now we all have questions - Why is she doing it? Will she be exiled/killed? It's spoiled. Also, if she doesn't do this walk (or if you're on the wind up), we'll all be very disappointed having looked forward to it for years...

Watched a lot of the first couple of seasons of this again and I have to say Tywin's first scene is my favourite by a mile. The whole scene is a total masterclass in acting, first and foremost. But at the same time, the introduction of his character in that one 4 minute scene is scintillating.

Is season 3 still on Catch Up on sky go?

What's the best time of year to give this a go? The plan was always to go in April but it didn't even cross my mind to suggest another month. I've got a lot of free time May-June but was thinking it may be heaving with folk trying to catch the good weather.

I'd agree. I think it's possibly the second best program I've seen but Band of Brothers was the best. It was as close to perfection as I've seen (and if I could act prudish pretentious for a second, it didn't need loads of sex scenes and abrupt character deaths to keep me interested!!!) I've finished season 2 again and I have to say The Battle of Blackwater was stunning. Absolutely stunning.

This Is The End. I don't normally gives stars or ratings but this was 0/10. I'm genuinely curious as to what kind of movie they thought they were making. Comedy? I didn't laugh. Not once. There was not a single redeeming feature about the film, not even any of the "cameos" I leave it to better reviewers to point out the gargantuan flaws in it.. I just hated it all.

"Silence Will Fall when the question is asked" -- the question being "Doctor who?"I'm not sure if that means The Silence will descend and conquer if the Doctor's name is revealed. Or if it means "silence" as in the end of the world. It was a good idea for a story arc imo but it's been built up to something ridiculous because, let's face it, it can't really have a conclusion. It's not like they're going to come out and say his name is Bob Murphy, Son of Gallifrey...

Aw I've been doing that, performed a massive cull by unfollowing loads of these accounts, but for about a week everybody seemed to be retweeting him. And his push. I probably needed an excuse to just stop using Twitter for a bit tbh,

I don't mind that one, think it's because it's someone as nondescript as Milner is the reason it works. However, there's been a few horrifically unfunny Vincent Tan accounts doing the rounds. I've had to leave Twitter for about two weeks because everyone seems to be retweeting this unfunny push onto my timeline
