We were lucky on Saturday, Forfar exploited his position almost every time they went forward and couple of their players had off days, he really was absolutely terrible, up there with East Fife away, we got away with it though.

We made Stranraer poor yesterday, we strayed very strongly and they fell apart. It was very different to the Forfar game, we were firing and well at the races.

In my opinion, Doris being missing has been a blessing in disguise as we are playing football now instead of lumping it up to him, it's nice to see we have options in the final third, Denholm's direct running and ability in the air make him a very useful alternative upfront and has allowed us to accommodate McCord further forward who just has a fantastic brain in the final third. It gives us great options once Doris is back.

I don't remember Arbroath surrendering the league to a local rival with one week to go in my lifetime but I may be wrong.

None of those scenarios even come close to having the lead literally all season and fucking it up at the final hurdle. No matter how you try to paint it.

I really hope Campbell can get into the heads of the Forfar lads that have came on board in the summer, the last thing I'd want is for the squad to be mentally weak and fall at the final hurdle like Forfar did, it must hurt all summer that kind of scenario.

I wouldn't have much confidence in Prunty being by decent back up, I'd rather have kept Scott for that.

See Sean Dillon has taken a job with Skillz Soccer Academy, not sure if its full time but it's a bit of a clue he'd stay local and perhaps be better suited to a part time club.
