Yup, thanks for the game. I felt I took the initiative early and pressed your king up untill the point it was defended well enough that the attack died out and I couldn't see where to go next. That's when I went draw offering then eventually you used your more active major pieces to flatten me.

Div c/b playoff. N5 spur defeats the kid1433 by checkmate. A tight game when i could see the higer division players noticing my plans a move earlier and acting on it. Felt the game was very even if not going my way untill I threw a rook away and after that it was an easy conversion.

Not sure these are the correct fixtures for rounds 9 and 10 as I've already played RBwatson twice. I know that with a couple of dropouts it might have changed the way the division is running so if this is some sort of work around I'll get back in my box.

Div C, round 8 The kid beats RBwatson by resignation. Nothing really in it right up untill the end and you left your queen unguarded for my rook. I think I had a slight advantage in development but only really from getting to go first.

Good game, cheers mate. I think I got away with one there. I felt the entire game was quite tight untill I blundered a rook/queen fork and left you a rook up. I was just lucky you took what looked like a free pawn.

Div c, round 5. The_kid1433 beats dandies1983 by resignation. Unbelievably close game with never more than a point of material in it. I was close to offering a draw when we went to one rook each. I was lucky that my king managed to reach the pawn just in time.
