Jamie complained about the lack of wrestling on smackdown last night. Theres loads of great wrestlers around just now, but the ratings have been going down for years the more it has resembled a pure wrestling show. Hogan, Austin etc, they were never great wrestlers. The only people tuning in regularly now are hardcore fans, who seem to treat wrestling as a football team almost, where if someone looks in and slates it, they treat it as a personal attack on themselves. I seen that Kings of Leon got slaughtered for what he said about no one watching wrestling. Years ago, he'd have gotten laughed at for not watching. WWE need a total change of direction on their shows, IMO. Sorry if that annoys folk.

Wrestling fans seem to take it awfy personally when someone criticises the product.

And thank god. we've seen all the moves a million times. The ratings are dropping like flies because casual fans don't want to watch a glorified indie show of end to end wrestling, with mugs like finn balor jumping around like acrobats. Lowest raw rating of the year last night speaks for itself. Infact, raw has shed almost a million viewers in the states since wrestlemania.

Just wondering. Does anyone ever remember a game where Thistle have reduced the entry prices for fans, beyond friendlies or early round cup matches?

I think two of those posters - lady isobel barnett and jaggernaut live their lives on that forum. Seem to chip in their irrelevant two cents on every topic. Must be senile auld guys with nothing better to do.

The obnoxious NXT smark crowd is as off putting as the glorified indie product that it is. I reckon even I could kick f**k out most of the guys on that roster tbh.

Have you seen the tv ratings? They drew 1.99 million viewers last week, thats less than what WCW were drawing when they went out of business. The network is great cause it has tonnes of content and variety and wrestlemania always has a lot of novelty big names and turned into a festival in itself where they make most of their annual revenue in one weekend, the actual week to week show is fuckin pitiful.

Network and the once a year wrestlemania are what they care about, they've let the live product sink to the pits. They currently draw worse than WCW in their dying days and just about the same as TNA at their peak.

How can grown adult still watch this horse shit week in week out. The show is an absolute insult to anyone's intelligence now. Ratings at an all time low, and they keep sinking and sinking and sinking. They want to show a weans show at 8pm at night in the States. They don't know what they're doing (8)

Penrice isn't ready yet for me. Whilst Booth is a liability defensively and crumbles late on in games, hes alright going forward and I'd want a definite better replacement as opposed to flinging a kid in there.

We've conceded some amount of late goals down that left hand side. Getting rid of Booth would be a great start for me.

We don't need too many changes. I think Gary Fraser needs to go and play regularly for a championship team. I would also get rid of Callum Booth, I find him to be a defensive liability, especially late in games and I think hes one of these guys who seems to be collapsing under pressure. I think we can get better anyway. With Hibs coming up and replacing a dross outfit, its going to be tougher again next year and we need players for me who have the bottle to be able to see out tight leads.

Hes a great example of how bad the booking got over the last year. Was excellent in the 55 and has since become a comedy jobber and Grado's big useless mate before the literal final boot in the baws the other week.

I see Raw sunk to its second lowest rating of the year last night, only a month removed from Wrestlemania and not going up against any other major sporting or tv events. They clearly don't give a f**k about anything other than people signing up to the network now.

Pretty happy with that, can play numerous positions. I'd not have been arsed about him leaving a couple of years ago, but hes been very solid defensively and has a great engine. Hes gotten better the further back hes played in the team.

I think a lot of the direction of TNA just now is driven by Anthem's agenda for Fight Network. Doing different deals like joint tours and talent sharing with various companies like AAA in Mexico. I think they basically want everything else that WWE Network isn't showing. I don't think they can be a direct competitor to WWE Network but they can be a strong number 2.

Just seen Grado's heel turn promo. c***s chanting f**k TNA still eh. I hope they all die. Was a good promo.

Defo. Feels like it could be the shot in the arm its needed for a while, its got my buying a ticket for an upcoming anyway.

Hendry or Coffey? Tbh this sounds intriguing. I like surprises, wrestling has become far too predictable.

The guys a fud, IMO. Acts like a spoilt child. Used to do my nut in how he'd rant every other show about a shite fan annoying him or feeling under appreciated and all the sychophants would applaud him.
