  1. Add another say, 7/8 years and he will be as old as you young man.
  2. I am a QP fan and I remember Shaun coming through our youth system and I am really happy for what he has done this season. His dad and his brother still come to our games and I can't wait to see them and maybe Shaun next season. Well done to him and to the Saints, fantastic stuff.
  3. It is you Mr.Malcolm who is talking absolute pish. Young Mr.Coll was up against Andy Robertson at QP. If I remember rightly he scored with 3 penalties in the final of the Reseve cup against Ayr, when I think Ayr had a young goalkeeper called William Muir. When Mr.Coll got into the QP team ( after Andy went to Dundee Utd ) he fell out QP and ended up at EK. He is a decent young player and if he has just signed for Stenhousemuir you have a decent player for next season
  4. The bare minimum would be you giving up your membership and only becoming a Social member, which at the moment is only £12 per season and of course it would not let you into any QP games. Even with all the comments that you have posted, I don't think that you will do that. After all the world needs angry young men like you to keep us all on the straight and narrow. How have I survived the last 85 years?
  5. 100% right Boris. an86 needs to get a life and to stop being so PC. Life moves on and if Mr. Martindale can deal in drugs and be forgiven why not Mr.McKay?
  6. If he took one to give to Peter Grant, why was he wearing it the next day in Pollok Park and why did that guy they call Doc have one round his neck?
  7. Can they do this without the permission of the members? Surely not.
  8. I understand that he went to courses, to do with race relations after he was sacked at Cardiff, otherwise he would not have been employed by the SFA. We all make mistakes in life and hopefully we all learn by our mistakes. If he has learned, and I'm sure he has, if it is him for QP so be it.
  9. I agree with you. I do not think we should be rushing to judgement. Regarding Badgers comment about committee men running about the pitch and it looked like they had received medals. If I remember rightly the Presidents Chain of Office is made up of medals that members and players of the club have won and surely they will do the decent thing and donate them to the club, to be added to the Chain of Office. After all neither of them have ever kicked a ball for the club and I cannot fathom out how they got them or indeed deserved them.
  10. He showed signs when at QP that he has the makings of a very good player.
  11. That comment worries me Nathan, since you are on the QP media team. Kettlewell as an assistant coach would not be a problem but as the top man no. He does not have the experience or the contacts that we now need. Mr .McKay or Mr. McInnes for me in football terms and contacts although I think McInnes will end up at Ross County and I think that Malky is actually doing some work with UEFA or FIFA.
  12. For once I agree with you young man. Just hope it's not Mr.Stubbs.
  13. Don't think either. Malky McKay or really reaching for the top Mr .McInnes who has just left Aberdeen.
  14. It will all depend on the length of contract that all our players are on for your wishes come true.
  15. Agree with that, they were very good. The young man doing the QP comments was very clear and good about the games but his co-pilot talked a load of mince.
  16. I think you are the second best team in the league with Stirling close behind you. I hope you win the play offs and hope to see you at Meadowbank next season. Good luck.
  17. Thought I saw a Committee mans wife on the park at one point. Would be surprised if Committee men were wearing medals, but must admit that I saw the guy they call Doc, with something round has neck but assumed it was a tag of some kind to do with him being in the stadium.
  18. I am sitting in my sisters flat in Sommerville Drive, having lunch with her, as I do every Wednesday and low and behold there are workmen in Lesser knocking down part of the boundary wall that backs on to Hampden. Is this the start of the new work at Lesser or are these guys just tidying up part of the problems from Bells Building Projects? Come on TMWNN, if you have recovered from being tossed about by the team,, the night we one the League, let us know please.
  19. Nice to hear from TMWNN and Mick has probably got it right. Regarding young Morrison he actually hit the Stranraer crossbar on two occasions with headers from corners which was the closest we came to scoring. He might not be as good as Jamieson, but Jamieson did not want full time football. Go on tell them TMWNN.
  20. Firhill would be great for us fans, but if we are looking for somewhere to play for nearly a full season, not very practical on a grass pitch with the Scottish climate, but who knows.
  21. I think that the members will be asked to e-mail questions to the club for the AGM. The ball is in your court, you guys who are members, to ask the right questions and not take no for an answer. If I remember correctly the AGM, when I was a member, was always held in May, so it will be only a few weeks away for you to get the answers you are looking for.
  22. What about sporting integrity? Were you in favour of the ESL? Is this what has happened to our club now that we are Professional? This is my 180th post and never in any of my previous 179 have I ever criticized a QP manager, coach or player. Without integrity, you have nothing in his world.
  23. Eight changes and only two were forced upon use. Not fair on the other clubs trying to get into the play off places. Actually a disgraceful decision by the manager.
