    That East Stirling closed door game is the only friendly I’ve seen confirmed for us so far.

    I don’t think that’s entirely true that the blame for the budget is on supporters, they’ve said for years it’s the inability to generate revenue without our own ground. Supporters can only add to what is brought in via gate receipts, sponsorship etc.

    Once fit he was our most consistent player and should do well in a better team. Noticed Aaron Splaine on the PFA available list, would have him back.

    I think my biggest issue with him signing is that McLean is wanting better characters in the team this year and he’s a complete hider for me.

    Listened to the owners meeting last night and noticed them say we have 6 coming on trial when pre season starts on Saturday. McLean has been at the exit trials so every chance at least a few are from them.

    I think Rennie could get double figures in league 2 and would be worth keeping. Also don’t want to be looking for a full front line.

    Josh Oyinsan left Peterhead, wouldn’t be surprised. Very surprised we got money for Doherty, 1 goal and generally poor play.

    We were right to let Ally Love go last year, he was absolutely done at that level and wouldn’t be getting him back. In comparison to last year the signings are at least coming from better teams and not Gretna.

    St cadocs are the latest team to be backed, also signed Ronan Hughes who came through accies and had Chris Erskine last season.
