  1. Magnificent to see Stirling back. A big striker would be an excellent deadline day signing, no-one springs to mind unfortunately, not sure if Lyle is the answer.
  2. Didn't realise it was a race down? I must have missed that memo! What's the prize for getting their 1st?
  3. Thanks for continuing with the insults. You could just quote my post and that would aim it at me rather than the entirety of our fan base on here. I wont stoop to your level with them though. I am perfectly awake thanks and also perfectly aware of where we are in the league. I did not start the slagging I merely stated I disagreed with your opinion on ally Roy and now seagal which i am entitled to do. You are welcome to disagree with me also however flinging insults at me kind of loses your credibility. We are 9th which is where the bookies tipped us to be at the start if the season, where we should be on budget and where 99% of supporters of other teams probably fancied us to be. 9th, the same place we probably should've been the past few years but for some excellent management from Stevie, and not to mention the capitulation of teams such as Raith and livi. But of course don't let that get in the way of your personal vandetta against Stevie, and now me by the looks of things. Just wondering though......What do you expect us to achieve this season and where do you think we should be finishing?
  4. That's the kind of educated and intelligent post we've came to expect from you. The thing is you Can drop him, as Stevie proved. Check out the replies below your literary masterpiece. Our resident statto's have proven that he doesn't contribute much. Anyway this isn't about Seagal it's about you being a complete roaster and slating the team at every opportunity. Not seen you once come on here and praise the manager or the team, or indeed say anything positive at all. If your going to come on and call people names because they disagree with your opinion then I think that says a lot about you.
  5. Sums you up when you come on with insults rather than a valid point. As optimistic says he may have been carrying a knock. There is any number of reasons why he didn't get played. He scored 2 goals agreed, peterhead are 2 divisions below us so the achievement isn't that impressive. His only other decent performance was against a team in a lower division. Who has he played well against in the league this season? Oh and I think you'll find there are teams who will drop guys that score 2 goals for the next game. For a reference 2 guys scored twice for Leicester at the weekend in the FA cup. Bet you neither of them start their next league game.
  6. U never seem to have anything positive to say. Always a criticism towards the manager and his selections. Every time we get beaten your on here getting your dig in at Stevie and the team. Not seen one thing positive from you. Do you not appreciate the job hes done for the past few years with his hands tied. Not all players can play every game, but i forgot you are a tactical genius. Maybe you should ask stevie to be his director of football. See how that goes! See if we're that bad go support someone else, if you even are a supporter that is.
  7. I agree, its not selfish but realistic. we all mentioned it at the start of the season, we signed load of guys with good pedigree but pretty grim injury records. We all worried that this situation would come around when the inevitable injuries hit and we would struggle to name a full squad. When all our players are fit, as weve shown, we are a match for anyone. Unfortunately this was never going to happen often.
  8. Grant gallagher hardly kicked a ball all last season for us, was it 1 competitive game? Yet he was still offered a contract this year. This year he's done even less and i wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him play again. I know we can't legislate for unfortunate injuries and i feel real sorry for the guy, but this year's signing of him surely goes down as one of the most wasted signings. Why waste money on his wages when he proved nothing last year? The transfer window has been slightly disappointing so far. Stevie seems to pull a few gems out the hat in January but I think we all agree were still waiting. (Yes beanie is a legend but is he the answer) paying wages to continually injured players I assume is costing Stevie the option to bring in others.
  9. This has the potential to be a great show but seems so scripted it's unreal. They suddenly go from having no info on someone to knowing the exact location by figuring out 1 close family friend spoke to them 6 months ago so must be helping them. You do wonder what they have been told to do, the guy going home to his wife, understandable but stupid as f**k. The woman on public transport. The girls phoning a phone they know will be tapped. All idiots. I do think they have been told to give lists of all friends and family to the hunters and extensive background checks done before the show starts to make it look like the hunters are genius. I reckon I could do it, f**k off somewhere remote then hitch a ride to the extraction point. With no social media though and not being a complete moron probably rules me out.
  10. What seems to be your problem with Stevie? All your posts, once they have been deciphered by the smartest brains in britain, seem to criticise him and the team. Yeah everyone has an opinion but yours seems to be a relentless pursuit of why Stevie doesn't (didnt) play ally Roy and generally disgust for the team. I liked the look of Roy when I seen him but if Stevie doesn't fancy him he doesn't fancy him. Yes he done well for hearts under 20s, but many young players have done similar at U-20s and not cut it in the championship. Our own greg Morrison for one, Brophy wasn't great, Steven Ross (did he exist). Even ones like shankland at other clubs didn't exactly set the world alight even though they were highly sought after. Stevie may like older heads as they give him reliability which can be crucial in a relegation battle. Yes 12 months ago i was one of the many calling for Stevie to go but yet again, for the second season in a row, he got it right in January and kept us up. We traditionally do better 2nd half of the season so give it a rest and trust the manager to get it right again. If you love ally Roy so much go watch hearts u-20s (or whatever L1 club he goes to on loan and give us peace.
  11. So I finally got an 'answer' from my club when I asked about why they were supporting the stadium move. It was very vague, however I was told that they had made the decision as the £14m investment in community football facilities in the local area was too good, as a community club, to not support. It is my understanding that there is a planning meeting with the council at the end of the month and there is going to be a petition presented.
  12. Someone mentioned that he had 8 goals this season for queens. I can't be bothered looking it up to verify that's defo a job for so8. But if indeed true then I would argue that yes he still has a lot to offer at this stage.
  13. I had a roll and bacon and a packet of flamin hot monster munch!
  14. Scrap that, fucking livi! Anyway looking forward to the awwoooggaa news

  17. Although I'd love a #terrifictuesday I reckon I'm the support of our one of our own I think we should get #teammoonster trending in support if his 1 man crusade against Div's tyranny
  18. Cheers. Being that I don't have Facebook this looks like it's a job for the wife.
  19. What's the script for getting on the bus for the TNS game guys? Iv never been on the bus as usually just make my own way to away games but this looks like it might be the best option for this one.
  20. Yeah that's what I thought. Think I might leave the trust bus as a backup option. I probably seem like a degenerate jakey but fancy a few drinks at this and a 6 hour bus journey without the ability to crack open a can or 7 isn't too appealing
