Fitzpatrick was way worse with him cupping his ears and then running back to the halfway line giving a 1-0 with his fingers. Was he booked or spoken too? Of course not.

I’m no fan of celebrating in from of the opposition fans but this is standard behaviour and I’ve never seen a player booked for it before. Totally bizarre from the ref.

Personally I’d be happier with one team isolated and effectively down. However, results mean that everyone is still in the mix.

Tbf as much experience as he has in the game he's still learing to be a head coach/manager he was likely going with if it ain't broke why fix it glad he's pulled the trigger in the Tomi and Sam partnership now.
