I find it quite amusing that the ones suggesting Moffat is too old at 34 believe Boyd is the answer at 36.
Fair point but Boyd has had a much better career than Moff and played consistently at a far higher level.0 -
No. He extended in January to end of 20/21 season.
Is he still the classy midfielder he was 2 seasons ago, when him and Shankland fought out player of the year?0 -
Is Vaughan a free agent now?

Disagree. The Rangers will surely just buy the finished article like they always do, especially if they are serious about challenging Celtic for next years title.
Much as he has done a great job in the Championship, I don't think Shankland is quite that yet. Maybe in a year or two. Can't see that move, and if it happens would not expect him to have more than a bit part to play next season there. Much better for his development to head south.
Sign for Rangers and loaned back to us [emoji106]1 -
About going full time
Yes but his aim this season was always survival even as a full time team. Next season needs to be more ambitious1 -
I’m a big McCall fan, however, without Shankland’s early season form we would’ve been fighting against relegation.

Good luck in the playoffs, you should have more than enough to win through here ..
Wouldn’t bet on that tbh0 -
Tbf to McKinnon this team should’ve been relegated by March to keep it going to the last game is a mini achievement. He deserves a shot at getting you lot promoted

The only players that I’ve heard are away apart from the confirmed Smith and Rose are Crawford, Shankland and McDaid.
It wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if McCall left.
I’d be very surprised if McCall leaves at the end of the season. He has already started signing players for next season.0 -
After watching Thistle twice in a week, you have nothing to fear. Home win

The only involvement I have had with the programme since February has been to conduct player interviews - I thought today's with Dools was alright and a little different to the typical one you get in our programme.
The portion you refer to had nothing to do with me. [emoji4]
But it seems to have back fired spectacularly, nicely motivated our players [emoji23]0 -
Didn't want to say that.
I would like to think that a play off match at home with the return of Sir Lawrence will make a huge difference.0 -
It’s absolutely incredible that Falkirk might actually remain in this league. Thought they were down by Christmas!

I've not heard a fan stating that a midweek journey to Inverness is desirable.
It’s not really about the fans but about trying to win the tie. Home game on the Saturday is an advantage imo1 -
As we're giving Alloa 3 points the QOTS v Partick game is winner takes all.
Don’t think we’ll be letting Alloa win next week. Beat them we finish third get an extra 70K and have Home advantage against ICT.0 -

Heard that he was being lined up to go to Partick if they continue to struggle. Maybe them staying up might benefit us as we might get him. I think he was a phone call away from their chairman to coming to us.
Firstly he isn’t leaving Ayr and secondly there is no chance of him leaving us for league one Falkirk. He had a look earlier in the season he didn’t like what he saw he walked away rather quickly.0 -
Not sure that's how it works, but OK.
That’s not how it works but we’ve all suffered now it’s your turn son0 -
After this shambles of a season we deserve to be relegated. But on what basis are we 'long over due' it?
Only that of all the teams in this league (Dundee United apart) it’s decades since you’ve been in the diddy leagues, so it’s your time brother.0 -
I know it hurts but you guys are long over due a stint in the lower leagues

I want you guys to stay up, one of my favourite away days. However, sadly form suggests otherwise and no Dobbie is the final nail I would say.

Rumour is championship clubs are getting next to nothing for it but I‘ve not seen any concrete figures.
Why did we agree to the TV deal then?0 -
Are the play offs still on BT this year?, i would presume BBC ain't showing them, they can f**k off and shove their 1905 kick off where the sun doesn't shine if they are.
Agreed. All because of the bloody 9pm news slot! I hope we’re getting paid a wad for the inconvenience0 -
For what it’s worth and for not entirely unselfish reasons I hope you guys finish 8th and some “bigger teams” go down.
