For such a bad manager he’s won a fair number of manager of the month awards this season, probably more than any other manager.

No hard feelings but to avoid a relegation dog fight with you guys I hope Arbroath win the playoffs.

No.
Championship 9th v 1st Division 4th
1st Division 2nd v 1st Division 3rd
They make the championship team have the easier tie.0 -
Which in all probability will be Arbroath? Every chance we might not even make the playoff final.
Arbroath have a small squad, if they have injuries and suspensions then you’ll be fine. However, if they can field a strong team, oh dear I wouldn’t fancy your chances.1 -
If things stay the same, who do we play in the playoffs?
You’ll play the third placed team0 -
After yesterday's good result at Airdrie is the title race back on?

It will look a lot different. Ayr will have another six points in the bag and we'll be lucky if we can scramble a draw up at Forfar.
Away to Arbroath and Albion R is not a guaranteed 6 points btw.0 -
When you put it like that, its amazing we only find ourselves a point behind the best Ayr side in generations.
This is not the "best Ayr side in generations". Defensively we are weak with a goalkeeper (until recently) that was a liability. Our midfield is powderpuff but we have a cracking strike force.0 -
What's the latest on Robertson?

Still a long way to go.

You're wanted on top of your tree mate.
Who's top of the league? Clue it ain't Alloa0 -
You're the only one 'going on about' anything.
Good comeback mate enjoy league one next year0 -
Alloa fans going on about nothing between the teams in this league [emoji24]

That was my point , why just students ...
Yes and apart from kids and OAPS, Alloa unlike most clubs, don't offer concessions to other skint groups. That's my point.0 -
Let's not bother with any concessions then!
The unemployed, young people and OAPs should all get into football matches for a reduced rate. It's not rocket science let the less well off in for a reduced rate and you might just get more people watching your team.0 -
Nice mature bunch at Alloa

Why the F*** should students get in cheaper ? we do not have an unemployed gate or a low income gate or a ispend all my money on beer gate either .
Because every other club does in an attempt to increase the gate at games! Your moronic attitude, if typical, will be the death of football in Scotland.
My son is a part time student and he also works part time earning £70 a week do you really expect him to hand over £16 to Alloa FC from his meagre income?0 -
Is there a student gate for away fans guys?

Nae luck boys. Beginning to think we might win the league after all!

You guys are having a purple patch like we did through the league cup and early league games. Where every chance seems to go in and winning seems easy. I guarantee you won't maintain this and things will tighten up at the top of the league again. Lady Luck will not always shine on you and our terrible luck has got to end soon.

I have to say despite the result on Saturday I left having had a very pleasant experience at Starks park. The stadium staff very helpful, the pricing policy was spot on, stewards were pleasant, catering very efficient and the stadium very impressive. Well done to all responsible.

We should never include season tickets if we have to pay a % to other clubs and risk a loss.
A bit bizarre, your one of the few teams to allow season ticket holders in for free and then moan when you have to split the gate. Your board should come into the 21st century and make season tickets only for league game, like all other clubs. It ain't rocket science guys.0 -
I'm only responding to the comment about you lot selling 1000 season tickets and your a much bigger team than all the others in the league. Fact is come the end of the season the attendance figures between the top two will be very similar.

I don’t agree I watched the Airdrie v Rovers game on Alba and was thoroughly entertained.
