Been watching/listening to this on repeat for the last hour and a half. I can't believe anyone would consider anything else for the official song for the finals. But then, I'm a huge Silencers fan, a little bit pissed and I've got another 5 hours before the game is live at 3 am. What a magical weekend

Took the day off to watch, after 20 minutes it was too much. I've been waiting too long for a game like this, took the dogs out for a walk and we're 1 up when I got back. Been glued to tv and P&B since. Shed a few tears, had a bottle of wine and a whisky or two, now off to bed very very happy. Hope you all have a great day

Would love to say my first was the Sensational Alex Harvey Band at the Apollo,I think 1974,still my all time favourite gig and a benchmark by which I judge all others. But it was Showaddywaddy at Ayr Pavilion, not remembered quite so fondly.

Never understood the criticism of Gordon in the England match. The sun was quite clearly in his eyes as you can see when he reacts very late to make, what I thought, was a sensational save from the initial free kick. I really don't think he saw much of the cross coming in.
