  1. Will be interesting to see if Dunc sticks with a back 3/5 on Saturday - and to see which of Devine/Udjur/Boyes drops out if he goes back to a 4.
  2. My vote is for the full length of the A9.
  3. The only team to have scored fewer than us in the SPFL are St. Johnstone, who have scored 5 compared to our 8. Elgin have also scored 8. Hopefully we can soon bump this total up using our patented low cut backs to the penalty spot/edge of the box.
  4. Will we ever lose a league game under Large Duncan? It will be good to see Ayr back at the The Caley Stadium (the TCS) so soon after they gloriously earned promotion last time they were here.
  5. Great final between Fluminense and Boca on BBC Three at the moment just going into the second period of extra time. Fluminense are on the verge of winning it for the first time in their history after just scoring - the scorer was then sent off for running 100 yards to celebrate in the crowd. Pat Nevin on co comms is beside himself with excitement.
  6. We're generally looking pretty good on the ball and have adapted pretty well to the back 3/5 with not much coming through the middle for United apart from a couple of times when Udjur has been caught out by their pace. Wotherspoon's looking decent and Mckay should have scored, as should some United jobber who missed an open goal after a good save from Ridgers.
  7. Dougie Imrie hasn't been the same since his unsuccessful interview for the The Caley job. I don't blame him.
  8. Apparently it came about through Craig Moore who was a teammate of Dodds at Rangers and is now an agent. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/craig-moore-7265a251_nikola-ujdur-signs-for-ictfc-ictfc-activity-7103668507598315520-c9VT
  9. Qualifying before the English. That's Nations League A class.
  10. Morata must be the thickest captain in world football
  11. Great half for the cool guys such as myself who are supporting the draw.
  12. Have to say I'm very impressed with the New York Times' coverage of this. Shits on any of our print media and well worth a subscription
  13. Think I've already had my fill of watching Spain pass the ball around the midfield for 90 minutes, punctuated only by the odd cross into Morata and Carvajal halfing someone.
  14. At least we would have a playoff to fall back on if they beat us. Agreed though, f**k that
  15. Brian Zaragoza John Barcelona Dave Real Madrid
  16. Spain's captain dressed like he's off to a building site. Shiting it.
  17. Every separatist movement in the western world has been illegally monitored and likely infiltrated by the national government they are seeking independence from. To give two examples: Catalonia - https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2022/04/spain-pegasus-spyware-catalans-targeted/ Quebec - https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/pierre-trudeau-rcmp-spying-quebec-sovereignty-movement-1.6953480 And you only need to look at the 'spy cops' stuff the Met and other security organisations in the UK have got up to historically to get an idea of what they're likely up to in relation to a much bigger threat. You can guarantee there'll be someone embedded in the organisation and passing back information at the very least - it'd be tinfoil hat stuff to think otherwise.
  18. Can David Wotherspoon control the tempo and play a decisive forward pass?
  19. Looks like it's properly kicking off. The Palestinians have done the equivalent of taking a 1-0 lead in the first minute of a game against the Old Firm
  20. Is Jude Bellingham now bigger than the Barclays? In my view, yes.
  21. Maximilian's Deux on Lombard Street is worth a look. It's so good they named it twice.
  22. Was having a listen to a William Hill podcast from last year where they got Large Duncan to sit down with Sam Allardyce for some reason. Apparently Dunc's relationship with Ancelotti is still excellent: they have holidayed together in Croatia and Dunc has stayed for a few nights at his house in Madrid. Is Dani Ceballos getting a start for Madrid these days? I could see him slotting nicely into the Eric Odhiambo role.
