  1. Reminds me of acid house and the old boy getting pegged reciting the cup winning team.
  2. Jesus. Some amount of bed wetting going on here. It was a poor performance which highlighted that we struggle when teams sit in against us. I have faith that Clarke will go about fixing that. However, we're not going to play against teams in the euros who are going to sit in which will suit us. If we go behind in those games, it becomes a real worry. Patterson was poor and Dykes was anonymous in a game where the Irish did a great job subduing us.
  3. Souttar can play for my Sunday league team...as a sub. ETA: He also looks like he has no muscle definition at all.
  4. Finn Russell is massively overrated. One bit of brilliance every ten games or so from the 'mercurial' player isn't good enough to earn all the acclaim he receives.
  5. Some of the best people I know are aberdonians. Their reputation for dourness is undeserved.
  6. I'd wager over 90% of fans say that's not a pen. Dundee commentators who are naturally going to have some bias towards their team didn't think it was a pen and they were right. Var is making an arse of it, better off sticking with the on field decision.
  7. It's never a pen. The Dundee commentators were embarrassed and were saying it's not a pen. Obviously they're happy it was given but var is a joke. How many minutes did it take to get to the wrong decision ?
  8. Didn't push him and it hits his left arm. Other than that, spot on. Don't want var getting blamed tho by our management, we were awful and deserved to get beat
  9. Never a pen. Even the Dundee commentators agree it's not a pen. However, Dundee deserve the lead, they've been better than us all over the pitch. Baffled by the hoilett substitution, he looked our one player capable of unlocking Dundee's defence. If Dundee really want it, there's a couple more goals there for them.
  10. They can be extradited, but only after their trial in Romania has concluded. No doubt they'll get off with it on a technicality or something. These types never seem to end up in jail.
  11. Not sure where you're getting your info but oil and gas ran oot around 10 years ago. I distinctly remember various prominent politicians/experts (I'm looking at you Ian Wood) telling us it had almost run out and that was around 2013. Also, in 2011 Ian Wood was speaking at a graduation ceremony for Aberdeen uni in 2011 and was telling the students to get involved in the oil and gas industry as it would see them through to retirement.
  12. I see the rangers are losing at home. Penalty incoming.
  13. A mate of mine who I never see anymore posted on Facebook after his granny died. He was offshore when she pegged it. The post had a photo of him holding his grannys hand complete with hospital tag which means he must've taken it before she died in anticipation of the Facebook likes/attention he would get. I can't really get my head round that.
  14. Yes. Ignore. I had three separate parking fines from parking eye all from the same car park. I got numerous letters with threats for a few months then it stopped.
  15. Is Starmer so terrible that he's going to blow this? Beating these despicable Tories in the general election should be the easiest tap in of all time. He's lied and/or changed his mind so much trying to be all things to all men that nobody trusts him. He comes across as very unlikeable too. Even with the hate the general public have for the Tories, I still think there's a chance they'll beat starmers labour.
  16. Voting for the SNP is rewarding poor performance/corruption. If you do that then they'll never change. A sizeable drop in vote share might reset the party and show them mediocrity will not be enough. There's no chance of an indyref in sight anyway, when it does come I want the party led by a confident and competent leader with a real strategy to indy. 'keep voting for us to get indy' isn't good enough.
  17. Pretty much where I am. I'd say I'm centre left which really should make me a natural labour voter. However, while their selling point is 'slightly less worse than the Tories' I won't vote for them. They also need to be at least neutral on Indy or at the very least support federalism (no laughing at the back) Can't see myself voting for the SNP either so I'll probably just spoil my vote. Politics is really at an all time low here. *Shrugs*
  18. Some will choose to believe it whilst at heart they know it's not true. I did chuckle seeing the TV on this morning with sky news 'breaking news' Sarwar will disagree with Starmer 'at times' He'll do what he's told, same as Murphy, Lamont and all the others who I've forgotten.
  19. You're welcome. Everybody knows badger loves... MASHED POTATO ! Brilliant kids show back in the day.
