  1. If my aunt had baws she'd be my uncle....what's your point? We got a great result against the in form team in the league...you'll be hard pushed to find a Livi fan that wasn't happy with the draw
  2. Very harsh, thought Jason Holt did a fantastic job in front of the defence... especially after Marv went off injured. Pittman was our poorest performer by quite a way...im a big fan of the guy but he hasn't been his usual self for a while. If Marv is fit I'd go with him and Holt in the holding roles and sibbald pushed forward into Pittman's position
  3. I think Souda may have been left out as those aren't the type of games where he tends to be useful...I'd imagine he'll come back into the matchday squad against aberdeen where we'll expect to compete more. You're lineup looks decent but i'd be inclined to push Sibbald into Pittman's position and play Robbo on the left wing. Think Pitts has been off the boil for a wee while so could maybe use some time on the bench. The back 4 and keeper surely have to be unchanged after the performance yesterday.
  4. I was pretty impressed with Jason Holt. Fits our team well and will give us some fantastic experience. Would be good to see him alongside Bartley in the holding 2 which would allow Sibbald to move further forward into the role that Pittman currently plays. Pitts has been a fantastic player for us but I just feel hes gone off the boil a bit recently whereas Sibbald seems to be getting better.
  5. Sounds like Marvin Bartley is away to Motherwell...according to yon burd on sky sports...."we'll be hearing from Motherwell captain Marvin Bartley" Fletcher looked like he couldn't wait to rip her stupid
  6. 2 of the goals he conceded in preseason squirmed under him which didnt give me a lot of confidence but then Sarkic dropped an easy catch at the feet of Connor Sammon in his debut so hopefully the clangers are out the way
  7. I'm hoping Stryjek performs like Sarkic did on his baptism of fire against Celtic
  8. Derby too. I think Poplatnik looks like he could lead the line well...but I'm basing that on his cameo against Hibs when the team were poor. He looked willing to put himself about and has a great scoring record previously.
  9. QPR are now interested so that's at least 4 championship teams mentioned plus Rangers but I'd imagine that's over with Roofe and Itten signing. Hopefully it sparks a bidding war and we can get a right good price for him.
  10. I'd take that tbh...our defence has been uncharacteristically powderpuff in the first 3 games...an improvement in the second half against Motherwell but we'll need to be right on our game to even keep this close. A lot could depend on Dykes potentially moving... hopefully he hangs around until after the weekend at the very least.
  11. Didn't the second Motherwell goal come from Chris Long's play though?
  12. I'm sure it was 4-2-3-1...back to what we were so strong with last season
  13. Realistically the people who would pay most attention to that part are Rangers and Celtic supporters...all they were doing was playing to the crowd. The rangers fans I know would have loved hearing that...I barely noticed it until it was mentioned here....and for that matter...why didn't they mention that rangers could move 9 points clear of relegation?
  14. I mean...if you want to go down that route then fine but we all know the chances of anyone other than Glasgow's ugly sisters challenging for the league are less than slim...maybe I should have said Celtic are Rangers' perennial challengers but then I'd get Celtic fans saying there's no challenge anymore...I was merely pointing out the reason they mentioned Celtic and not Hibs
  15. Is the commentary of the Livi game out of sync??
  16. We get it...Hibs were top of the league after 2 games...well done
  17. I didn't say it was [emoji2369]...they were talking about Rangers who's highlights were about to be shown so why wouldn't they mention they had a chance of extending the gap over their perennial rivals?
  18. Yas!!! Well worked goal!! Still could go either way but we're looking MUCH better tonight
  19. Fitzwater beaten in the air too easily again then McCrorie rushing into no man's land...I don't have any confidence in either of them
  20. Fitzwater looks totally out of his depth... McMillan on for him and Efe moves into the middle
  21. We started well but Fitzwater made a major error with his clearance that led to that goal...poor marking in the middle added to how easy it was for Turnbull to score...can't see Fitzwater staying in the team much longer
