I think the issue with Henk is how settled our back 3 are. If the management team weren't impressed with him I'd imagine they'd be happy for him to sit on the bench. However, he seems like one for the future so the first team action in a tough league will do him wonders and, like Jack, will hopefully end with us getting back a more complete player ready to slot into the team.

I'd imagine we're confident of Halkett staying past January with Henk and McMillan moving out on loan

I was a bit underwhelmed by Pittman today...thought his passing was the poorest it's been in a livi shirt....thought Halkett and Gallagher were our best players today

Can't see it...plus I think he's signed up until 2020 (could be mistaken though). I've heard Halkett mentioned to Aberdeen but he's also got offers from numerous clubs in England including EPL sides.

Fair enough. Just hope, if he goes, he goes outwith Scotland...he seems like an ambitious guy so would imagine he'll be looking at England over the likes of Aberdeen, Rangers and Hibs

I did say if they wanted him in this window...it would require a fee to sign him then which would be negotiated with Livingston before any negotiations with Craig

With all the teams in for him we could see them perhaps bidding to get him in this window which could drive his price up...however, if they are all content to wait until the summer it's just going to be whichever club offers him the best deal. If the Cardiff deal sees the boy that's been on trial join us then I wouldn't be against it.

He was injured in the first leg but came back in the second...albeit wasn't 100% but I thought he was one of their better players.
