  1. Translated, had a look thru the thread and actually realised I'm a big fan of Tierney.
  2. Whos favour? Im not sure you have understood whats being discussed Ewan. I would prefer if Tierney played more for his club, so he's at his best for Scotland. Literally nobody (bar the odd troll account) is having a go at Tierney and saying he's a bad player. Or has played badly. Only that to be at his best it would be ideal if he was playing more regularly for his club. Do you disagree? Prefer him playing 5 mins off the bench every 2nd wk?
  3. He also came off early tbf. Im not sure how wanting our players to be as fit and good as they can possibly be can be turned into having a go at them.
  4. Well I cant speak for everyone else, but for me yeah it a fair assessment. Could have done with getting the vpn on first Anyway, fuckin finish from McTominay there. Yaaaas
  5. Superb mate, top tip ill maybe see some of it now
  6. Aye cheers for that, some lassie bent over on a bed for the work servers
  7. Have to work thru this game tonight so will be getting updates from here, looking forward to "yaaaaas" or "were shite" analysis
  8. Would that not count as being technically bald at the time tho
  9. Great result for us in Georgia. If we could sneak a win, or even a draw its a brilliant start for us. Even a defeat isn't the end of the world, hopefully we can just plat well and build a bit more confidence.
  10. What now that Tomiyasu is injured for the rest of the season? aye he might get ahead of him again now Tomiyasu physically can't play. Also I would say those "several" media outfits were incorrect. And perhaps not sure what Tierney is capable of. Can you link to these several articles saying Tierney showed no signs of rust?
  11. Perhaps Scotland could buy out their contracts and they would only play in Scotland games I can never understand using examples of players who played for international teams when not playing for their clubs. Would those players have been able to perform better if they had been playing regularly? Of course they could, its not even debatable. Never mind how many examples you could make of international players who stopped playing for their clubs. And then got less international games, gilmour being a pretty fitting example. Or even brazils first choice left back
  12. Hopefully yeah, 2 games in 3 days is a hell of a lot more than hes been used to for a while tho. Its weird were even discussing wether playing regularly is better than hardly playing some folk will go to ridiculous lengths rather than simply just say they got something wrong.
  13. Also he wasn't able to burst forward as much which has always been a feature of his game from that position. Especially against the weaker teams. Im not sure giving him 90 mins was the best idea tbh, id rather he played 60 so he's got more in the tank for Spain.
  14. I doubt there's any attitude issues, all you here is praise for his attitude from managers and other players. But who can really say what goes on behind closed doors with any certainty. Unfortunately that will be the case regarding his appearances. We will get an idea in the summer where he stands at Brighton. If they sell a few players it depends who they bring in really as to wether he can become a first choice next season.
  15. Of course it is, my names at the top of the post and then you know its me giving my opinion i dont have to say "and thats my opinion" at the end of the post. Im not denying you your's just disagreeing. If your talking a first pick side i wouldn't have jack in it at all. Hes always done well for Scotland but he's not on top form and in and out of his club side.
  16. Their all different. But in terms of a swap, McTominay and Jack are more similar than Ferguson. Alot is getting made of Jack playing, we have a squad for a reason and we're playing Spain in 2 days. Using some of the squad and resting others when your at home to Cyprus seems like exactly the right thing to do.
  17. Why would Jack who has been playing behind the striker, or even the furthered man forward for his club. Be considered a direct replacement for Jack? When McTominay who plays the exact same position, and has shown he can adapt to any midfield role not be considered?
  18. Im not watching it myself, but that isn't what the halftime stats are suggesting.
  19. I'd say its absolute bollocks to say that, but each to their own
  20. He's played 2 formations in 3 years, a real curveball thrower indeed
  21. He will let you eat fermented herring off his nether regions to make it up to you. Washed down by smoked whale testicle beer, which is actually a real thing. https://www.visir.is/g/2015150109150/icelandic-seasonal-beer-from-whales'-testicles
  22. He says, and i quote verbatim "Reykjavik sports bar, Hverfisgata. Ölver 4.5km outside of downtown. The English pub Austurvöllur - they would show it if there aren't any other good games on" And then mysteriously and unhelpfully adds on a second text "There are others"
  23. Ill text my uncle who lives there mate and let you know what he says
  24. I'd wager its an eminently sadder life thinking every person that disagrees with you about trivial matters such as football must hate themself.
  25. He would be in a band with his 2 brothers singing Mmmmbop
