How did I back track , I said practically and stuck to that , unsubstantiated? Look at last pre season and previous and majority have been dismissed before kicking a ball , currently this close season 50% of new signings and more than that of retained players are being criticised , that’s my opinion you can have yours as it’s obvious we agree to disagree, , hope most are proved wrong , if they don’t perform for us they will then deserve any criticism they get

Read the comment , I never said every player , look back at comments last couple of close seasons and you get a picture ,

People can give opinions, just saying some of our fans seem more negative than most on majority of signings and don’t comment when we sign a decent player , can say what they want that is what forums are about. ,

You have a point , population can help to a degree as long as the club can inject interest and interaction with locals to drive the agenda and ambitions of the club , which I feel is starting to happen since new owner came aboard

There’s a massive difference to the number of people in your catchment area to those who support the local team , just as many people leave Ayrshire to go watch the old firm than attend Ayr and Kilmarnock matches , there is no way the population of your area determines how your football club plays , under McCall we were playing best football in years and still the crowds didn’t go , the day we won the league showed that

Don’t get that scenario ! Yes we could be better on they park but the population of that area has no effect on how you play

Just look at the revenue that Villarreal received last season to put into perspective how they perform £73 million in TV rights £98 million in prize money £36 million in sponsorship that’s not including gate receipts !
