Poor from McCallum for that free kick.
but he’s getting his mistakes out of his system before the season starts, I like it.

Very young at 17 but signed from hearts so interesting back up keeper option.
Suppose they all have to start somewhere, can’t imagine him getting much game time ahead of Marc.

You might not be bearing in mind it's the same squad he's built that he was more than happy to walk away from at the fastest possible opportunity. It doesn't matter how professional you are as a player that will have some sort of impact.
Not to mention the only reason he's stayed is because Duncan Ferguson has been sacked.
If I got offered a job to potentially triple my wages or maybe even more I’d be off in a heartbeat too.
This loyalty nonsense just doesn’t exist. You always put yourself & your family first no matter what in life.
also I can guarantee a fair majority of the players will be delighted that he’s staying on as manager.

Totally disagree with the statement on Facebook regarding his choice to say.
But I’m delighted he is staying, he was a massive part in keeping us in the division last season regardless what anyone says. Yes performances faded away when we looked like we were set for play offs, but we were nowhere near ready to face the challenges of the play offs.
This season he’s building a squad that looks very good, albeit we’ve only had one friendly to go on. I think we will be challenging for the title especially under Ray.

Don’t have any reason to be confident that he will stay. But for some reason I am totally confident he will stay.
In Ray we Trust
Ferguson will be sacked within 10 games, he had an absolute mare at Forest Green, surprised he’s even still in charge there.
Well well well knew he’d stay!

Thought the guy wearing 18 was excellent
Ryan Patterson.
had a very good game. Minus his long range attempt from near the halfway line!

Quite impressive this, decent performance.
Inglis looks very good, neat & tidy.

We’re gonna end up with Stevie Fallon taking over as manager anyway.
so this talk about mcinally is all pointless.
either way it’ll be a backwards step from the club.

Stenny away will really show what kind of level we are at and if we are capable of challenging for the title
Is that not us started the past 3 campaigns away from home now?
Bonnyrigg away last season
annan the season before.
now away to Stenny first game!

Before we get into who might come in, what's the position of any players - strikers, obv, - getting signed if we're without a manager or is this the squad we have until a new manager comes in?
I’d imagine there would be no more players signing until the new manager is in place.
although I’d imagine there will be a couple of trialists on show tomorrow night.

Jesus Christ the only ones I’d want in that list are waaaaaaay out of our league
Thought the same with McKinnon before he got the gig to be fair, why not try to be ambitious!

Realistically what manager would be available to take a punt on?
Mcinally is the main stand out, wouldn’t be my preference but probably the main name in the hat.
Kevin Thomson? Ian McCall? Allan Johnston? Danny Lennon? Jim McIntyre? Peter Grant? Davie Robertson? Jamie Hamill? Gavin Price? Brian Reid? Owen Coyle? David Hopkin? John Hughes?
A list of managers out of contract. A couple would be ambitious in that list & there’s a few I’d definitely want to avoid.

I think I’m in the minority here that wouldn’t want Jim Mcinally…

Can I throw Stevie Farrell's hat in the ring?
Absolutely not.

We’ll get compensation I imagine.
but how much that will be is anyone’s guess.
Does feel like a kick in a teeth him leaving especially after bringing in his own players.

What a disaster - you’d have thought he’d have been a big reason for a lot of the new signings going there - terrible time of the season for this to happen
I imagine he’ll be the main reason some lads stayed as well.
