We cant bank on Wighton, Id love him to really progress, but his goalscoring record is actually worse than Moussas. We dont have a single attacking option who can be relied on. Moussa, Haber, AJLS, Allan, Deacon, Wolters, El Bakh and Wighton to fill 3 roles the way McCann usually plays, Id keep Wighton and thats only because he is young and can kick on hopefully, he had a few games last season where he was brilliant, but they were few and far between.

The end of 2015/16 season was an absolute disaster, and I wanted him sacked then. Some DFC fans were too busy being happy at Utds dismal time to notice that we werent much better. The calendar years of 2016 and 2017 have been awful for us.

Hartley should have been sacked early 2016, he lasted a year longer than he deserved. The Americans gave him dozens of chances to turn it around. They cant make the same mistake again.

Id say 2 good signings, 2 ok signings and 7 flops, not very successful.
