    We had Bobby Glennie for one season between Hall and Hegarty. Co-incidentally, given the Arbroath fans choice above, we then got Tommy Campbell in who led us to the title a couple of years later with a team including Bobby Mann, David Bingham and Alan Morgan that was just one of the best Forfar teams to watch I have seen.

    Darren played for us for a couple of seasons as a midfielder and was always decent I thought. Certainly not a left back though.

    Paul Hegarty. His reign at Forfar was just the absolute pits. His tactics were everyone in defence and just Stewart Petrie up front and he continually brought in well past it old chums to fill out his squad with. We've had bad managers since but none that were so openly destructive to us.

    The only problem with that is that to do that storyline any justice Kraven has to be a firmly established character, otherwise it doesn't have the resonance as to why Kraven acts like he does in it. No you could do a variation on the character's debut in SM #15 (with obvious amendments for being 2012 and not the 60's) and I think that would work far better.

    I'd love to see someone do a Spiderman film with a good interpretation of Kraven the Hunter in it. Forget the CGI and science stuff (to a degree) just have a big game hunter trying to take down the wall crawler for a bounty or a challenge. Electro was hinted at in the bit after the credits of the first film with the lightning flash in the sky ( i think) also glad it's not Norman Osborn (yet).

    No way pedro. That's some 90's cross over pish there. 90's were a disaster storywise for the X-Men IMO. In saying that would love to see Apocalypse or Mr Sinister in a movie.

    Agree, only Dark Phoenix storyline is better IMO, but there's no chance of doing that as they've nicked half the stuff from it for X-Men 3 and First Class.

    Fair enough. I just think Doncaster would have been reigned in long ago if a majority of the SPL clubs did not back him in what he is up to. Also I can't for the life of me come up with a reason why the Dundee / Dunfermline decision will not be made until after the SFL one, surely it could have been done at the SPL meeting or since, can't be a coincidence that it's due the Monday after the Friday SFL vote, surely?
