Was right at the back of the lower North Stand, TBH I couldn't even see who walked out to present the cup as the dias was in between us and was facing the S.Stand. Also that big floating balloon with the St J. banner on it was just being put into postition - I've a feeling I would have been a lone voice trying to make my feelings towards that citizen heard at the time. (even if I knew it was him).
Anybody any idea who the 'Dogger Saints' banner in the upper JS stand can be attributed to?
Gentlemen, I fear some of you are placing far too much faith on the scales of Scottish justice. Even if the verdict goes against the deceased club, which governing body will have the bottle to dispense just deserts.
I don't know about him but the word 'Mason' followed by a name, conjures up a picture of somebody reporting for duty in a uniform and throwing up a snappy salute. Feckin' hilarious.
This is distressing news, I am forming a new junior team to play in Perth and district leagues and was hoping to negiotiate the sale and transfer of Third Lanark's Scottish Cup wins in 1888-89 and 1904-05 to our new club so that our trophy room doesn't look too bare in our first season. Ach! maybe this is why I've not received any replies yet.
Nah - not really but if people don't believe all they read in the west coast media and Messrs Regan and Doncaster etc. There are supporters that can do the maths nowadays
Take a look at this
