Halkett easily the best CB in the Championship by some way, absolutely solid defender who rarely makes mistakes and chips in with goals. Joint top for us now I think.

It seems like you know everything about what goes on inside the club, care to elaborate? As far as I know the debt owned to previous directors are either gone or very reduced now. We've had a budget and stuck to it, what more do you want? We won't be racking up debt as is and we're performing well. I'm failing to see what there is to be negative about right now as a Livi fan????

I think Ward has the best intentions, and is running us as such. I don't think we're living outwith our means, or in a way that will harm the club long term

I don't know why you're being so negative honestly. We're in the best place we've been for a good 7 or 8 years, possibly even 10. That's competitively and financially. Be happy we're still here and doing well - if players leave that's fine. We have a manager with a great track record for replacing and bringing in players, I don't think he's actually really made many bad signings at all.

I would've been delighted had he signed for us, highly rated - Aberdeen and Motherwell wanted him not too long ago. Lost a bit of form but a tall fast striker with a decent goal record not much to sniff at, apparently between ICT and Raith for him. Highest we likely would've offered is 400 or so a week, so guessing he'd be pushing 1k+ at ICT/Raith

Aye, just to balance it - I've heard we're losing Pittman, getting Austin and Penrice is telling Partick to do one and signing a big amber PCA in January and promptly protesting on top of the Macaroni Bowl screaming "this is my home now"

Doubt that, the home game's will still come so it's not as if the money won't ever come into the club A year and a half ago I would've believed it but trust Ward to keep us stable and in a good place financially

Starting to get a bit worried about the lack of news coming out the club regarding contracts. Surely we should be doing all we can to keep Halkett etc.. A fair bit of the players can sign a PCA in January and there won't be a shortage of clubs looking at them given our start so far. A bit of communication would be great but I'm sure a decent amount of the players will be looking to move on which is worrying given we might be looking at a big job of replacing certain players.

Penrice should be coming back for you guys, what a player he is. Absolutely baller every game, strolls through and is brilliant on the ball at LM. Will be wasted if he's played at LB. Would love to keep him, heard he's out of contract in the summer though
