I think you also have to factor in the unsubstanable bench mark that mick and gall set ,decent players are wanting money away above their ability, up until there time at darvel this level was about community and winning things for that village /town ,the money flung around at their time has changed the ethos of that level of football.

Wouldn't normally get involved in this but hear goes the recruitment of two full backs has been a major priority for 2 seasons peewee going another not replaced gee playing midfield and a lone striker most of the time, put all that together and only one midfielder wanting the ball to feet humping it all game to one person. So for me someone has to look at the tactics and recruitment.

1 other quick point. Thought big Andy looked nervous and communication was poor which impacted the 2 goals conceded, but he grew into the game and got better as things went on. I know he has been injured but just an observation.
Would agree about Andy but I think it's down to whats in front of him, Neil being the only consistent one very inexperienced and two that are poor at best.
