Surprised to see the Darvel manager and also this person (chairman?) going on to Darvel thread to answer questions about the game. Can't see Goodwin or Cormark doing that.

Manager seems like a decent bloke good coach, chairman is a bell end as soon as a camera is out you won't get his face off it.

it's great to see managers answering questions from the ordinary punters. I've got question too actually-

Do you think Darvel will make an unfounded accusation of racism against the Aberdeen fans in a national paper if the result doesn't go Darvels way?

And will Aberdeen be allowed to put people with clickers on the gates.

See when supporters are spending good money following Talbot all over the country surely they deserve to know whether their top goalscorer is injured or not when he misses the biggest 2 games of the season ?

Do you think the camera man at the world cup knows who is injured and who's not, if I was that concerned I would ask the player or coaching staff omo

I remember many years ago, think it was a sectional game at Beechwood and I’m sure Darvel, has about 200 there. Their fans made the most of a rare win (2-1). What’s happened on the journey?

Remember it well Graham Neil was the manager I think.

That's irrelevant though and it wouldn't matter if they had just the one fan , half the gate is what they're entitled to,   that's like saying if a team at out level were drawn away to rangers or Celtic then we would have a cheek to want a decent  percentage of the gate as it would be a huge gulf in the amount of fans for both teams  .

The point i am making is while darvel spunk money all over the place Auchinleck are still the cash cow for this level of football in relation to supporting their team.

I get the theory behind your reply there and i by no means am implying Talbot do anything untoward but some teams do rip it with gates. Id agree that the high vis

This is probably of topic but how many supporters did darvel have on Saturday at the game.

I've seen gate checkers on many occasions in cup competitions over the years some will stand discreetly other more visible it can be annoying and at times create a bad atmosphere but in my opinion when a team does this they must be suspicious of the other team  ( lets call it playing the game ) but well within the rules.

Just showing a total lack of class and integrity to any team that he does it to.  Omo
